Scammers.

Scammers.. They will just charged you and run. They will never deliver the flowers your ordered.. Greedy people....

Just simply the worst florist

This has to be the worst florist I have ever dealt with. Delivered a rose bouquet which half the roses were half dead (white rose were brown) and the bouquet looked nothing like the picture on their website. After I complained the sent out a replacement which was again was half dead, nothing like what I ordered and half the quantity of roses. They are now blaming in on the recipient.....amazing customer service and the rating here is well justified. I definitely won't be coming back and will advise everyone I know to steer clear of this joke of a florist

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM

Today is Feb 16, 2 days after Valentine’s Day and 8 days after I placed an order hoping to surprise my wife. No flowers and No surprise!
There was an email that said the flowers were delivered but I was with my wife at the home address all day. I contacted them with an hour of the erroneous delivery email hoping to still salvage the day. All I got was a canned response reassuring me that this was a legitimate business ( severe doubts now on my part) and that they would look into it.
I would NOT ever order from this scam site again.

Flowers arrived in good packaging. So far so good. But its kinda weird that the contact numbers arent working at all. Poor communication as they will only message you on the day of delivery.

I suggest you better find a smoother flower delivery shop.

Avoid this pretend florist

A Masterclass in Incompetence – Do Not Trust This Company

If you are considering using MyFlorista.Ph for anything meaningful, reconsider immediately.

An order was placed in advance for Valentine’s Day, the single most predictable, commercially critical date in a florist’s calendar. The flowers never arrived. No delivery. No update. No explanation, just a copy paste message on WhatsApp assuring customers they are a legitimate business and not a scam.

Valentine’s Day is not a surprise event. It happens on the same date every year. Any business operating in this industry knows exactly what demand looks like. Accepting orders you cannot fulfil is not “overwhelmed.” It is dishonest and cynical.

The absence of communication speaks volumes. No proactive update. No attempt at resolution. Just silence. A florist’s role is to help people mark important moments. Instead, this company undermined one.

There are many businesses that value reliability and customer trust. This is clearly not one of them.

Avoid entirely.

I advise against ordering from My…

I advise against ordering from My Florista.Ph. My husband, who is in Singapore, placed an order for Valentine’s Day flowers for me and our daughter, but unfortunately, they never arrived. I’ve tried calling them multiple times, but no one answers. My husband has been sending flowers every year since 1995, and this is the first time our special tradition has been disrupted because of their service.

Fraudulent business practices. What a scam.

If you care about your loved one and this is for an event, anniversary or important date then DO NOT TRUST this company.

Ordered for Valentine's Day and was never delivered. Charged a premium for Valentine's day also. Terrible communication. Receiver told they "forgot" her order. Now the day is completely ruined and she is beyond upset.

Zero helpful response from Whatsapp. Generic message back not answering any of the concerns stated. Not 24 hours as they claim, messages don't even deliver for hours.

Again, if your care about your loved one use a different company. If your plan is to ruin their Valentine's Day and embarrass them then this is the company for you.

My order didn't arrive, and they're customer service doesn't even reply to your messages and will ignore all your calls and follow ups. Don't order from this site. Might also report this on DTI to have them checked at least.

Scam

They have very poor customer service. There is no guarantee that your order will get delivered even if you have paid for the flowers. My order never arrived but my payment is with them. They will come up with excuses and say it’s their company policy. Do not take a risk on this flowershop.

Flowers didn’t arrived on the day of…

Flowers didn’t arrived on the day of delivery. Payed full payment yet there’s no response through Whatsapp or via Email.
Service is very poor and slow so I won’t really recommend this shop! More like a scam shop rather than a flower shop.

Flowers are of low quality

Unfortunately the flowers that arrived were not of good quality as they appeared dried out and not fresh. The petals turned out waxy and was probably flattened during the delivery. I understand that it is not hand delivered but it would have fared better if it was properly packed/box.

I contacted them through WhatsApp and my message went unread. No response, nothing!

Totally zero customer service!

Do not order here! You have been warned.

They take advantage of foreigners

I have placed three orders with this company, and every order was screwed up. The last order was for 13 a 13-year-old, where I ordered a chocolate truffle cake. I had placed the order a week in advance. Before going to bed, I contacted customer support to make sure the order would go through without a problem, and I was assured it would. When I woke up the next morning, I found a text stating that the bakery they use had run out of the cake I ordered. They asked if I wanted to exchange the cake for a chocolate cake or a mango cake. They decided, since I did not answer the phone, to exchange the original chocolate cake for Mango, even though a chocolate cake was available. When I contacted customer support, they blamed me for not answering my phone at 140am, refused to provide a receipt for the cake, and refused to refund me.

On previous orders, they were 2 days late on delivery, and on the first order I placed, they could not find the flowers I paid for and substituted tulips with roses. All of which was done without disclosing any price differences, meaning they bait-and-switch products.

DO NOT BUY FROM MY FLORISTA

I purchased online, pick the best flowers I could find and then they delivered the wrong flowers. They've changed it without notification. Completely ruined an important event. I've emailed them (took them awhile to respond) but when they did...Their reply was "The flowers have been delivered" l requested for refund. But completely ignored. That's how they treat their customer, and by the way they will not answer whatsover in WhatsApp (as they claimed they're 24hrs). WORST FLOWER SHOP!!!

I'm writing to express my extreme…disappointment and frustration

I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I've received from myflorista.ph regarding my order. Not only was the item not delivered on time and within the time of event, but your team also showed a lack of effort in verifying or locating the address. Showed no empathy too. The staff spent hours arguing and reasoning with me instead of addressing the issue and focusing on resolution.

I'm appalled by the handling of my order/delivery. Despite initial claims that the address didn't exist, your team eventually found it and delivered the flowers. However, due to the delay, the purpose of the gift- to celebrate a significant event was ruined. The flowers were intended as a surprise gift to celebrate a significant achievement, and the failure to deliver ruined the surprise and diminished the celebratory moment. I hope you can understand the emotional value attached to this gift and take steps to prevent similar issues in the future.

I was forced to accept the product due to your refusal to refund the money, despite your company's failure to deliver as promised. I'm still frustrated about the whole experience and the refusal to take accountability for the inconvenience caused.

Scammers

I ordered birthday flowers, they failed to deliver, then they cancelled my order and they dont pick up the phone for my refund. When I used another number they responded, then asked for my refund they went silent again. They are scammers please dont order from them.

VERY disappointed in the quality and service

I ordered a bouquet and gift for my child's teacher on her birthday, to be delivered to the class. Over $300.
The delivery service said they could not deliver because they could not call the teacher. They had a valid name and valid school address. They lied and said that security would not let them in. Upon questioning security, school staff and security footage, it was revealed that the driver never even exited his vehicle. MyFlorista staff say that they needed a receiver phone number to deliver. They have MY phone number in my account on record if they had an issue (which they later used to let me know that they could not deliver, by the way).
This company absolutely RUINED our class surprise for the teacher on her birthday, because they not even attempt to make it right. Their driver could not wait 5 minutes for my wife to personally go down to the school.
I hate leaving bad reviews, but I have used this company a few times in the past. Their arrangements are always considerably smaller than the photos online, and often wilt in un-refrigerated delivery trucks. I paid extra to get reputable service from a bigger company, but I can say this: I will NEVER give them another dime, especially after their rep stated in my WhatsApp that it was my fault for not giving them the teachers phone number. That kind of defeats the whole purpose of a surprise, right?? Besides, a teacher would never answer her phone in class.
