Shady and incompetent
I received a bill from them from a radiology company after having an ultrasound done at my local hospital. Not sure why I’ve received a bill from them AND the hospital for the same service. I currently have Medicaid due to pregnancy and was told they denied the claims and that I needed to pay the bill as soon as possible. I was instantly receiving calls, texts, paper mail, and emails about this bill. I called my insurance to ask why it was not covered and they stated that it must not have been billed to them correctly and that they 100% would cover the two charges on the bill. So she asked me to have them refile/rebill the claims to the insurance. It took SEVEN different “representatives” from this “company” to refile the two claims. They are so shady. Once they were refiled properly they were instantly covered by my insurance. The first person I talked to only picked one of my claims to refile to my insurance instead of both. This process literally took months to complete over two fricken claims.
Incompetent
It took me 3 months to get them to correct a bill I never owed. They kept telling me I owed them money. They finally corrected it without an apology or even telling me it was fixed. I had to follow and ask. This is what happens when a company sends their customer service team overseas. Garbage.

It has been 8 months dealing with this incompetent company. They sent a bill for $12 ,000 saying it is my responsibility to pay. I've called multiple time to confirm insurance information and each time I have been "assured' that it is being taken care of. They say that my insurance company has denied the claims (s) yet when I speak to my insurance company, they have no record of these claims being submitted. I find it interesting that when you call their automated system the first questions asked is if you are an attorney press "1". Why would any reputable company have that as the first option. this company should be investigated for harassment and possible fraud.
I had no problems
I had no problems. My bill was for $11 something, so not a lot at all. It was for the balanced owed that my insurance didn’t cover. It was for 2 X-rays, they itemized the specific locations on my body (hip and knee) that the X-rays were for. Nothing to not believe. (I had a bill in the mail for the exact same dollar amount.) So I paid my bill. I do see all the negative reviews saying it’s a scam, so I’m hoping it’s not.
100% SCAM
I am being harassed, almost daily, by MyDocbill.com. I have gotten at least 10 bills from them ranging from $200.00 to 14,000.00 - now they have begun to call my house. A woman named Ashley Brown (fake name) called my house and tried to rob me again. When you call back the number it is not a billing department phone # it is a scam set up phone #. How do they get away with this?

I was connected to a customer service & the one who answered me named Mary did not understand what I as talking about and one more thing there was a loud background noise so I asked to be rerouted to USA customer service (because I was getting frustrated) but instead she connected me to her Supervisor which luckily she understood what I was talking about so the 2 issues on my husband & my account was resolved. So
I am hoping that the customer service cleared our account since we do not any balance anymore.
SCAM to steal your money
This is a SCAM. I reported the text I received to my employer which is a healthcare system and our Cybersecurity confirmed this is a scam. Delete and block anything coming from them. DO NOT PAY ANYTHING.
Scam billing practices- Identity theft
They sent me a random email with a link wanting we to enter my Info personal info and banking infomation. No billing invoice to show what services were provided or what they billed Blue Cross for. Why would I just randomly provide that info considering I never laid eyes on a Radiologist. Is this even HIPPA compliant? I lodged a BBB against Rockford Radiology Associates who use this 3rd party service and plan on making a complaint to the Illinois AG office.
I received a text from them
I received a text from them. They had all my medical information and wanted me to set up a payment plan for a bill that was paid by my insurance company months ago. I have no idea how they got my information but they are fraudulent and now I'm concerned my private medical records have been leaked.
Total scam site!!
Total scam site!!! Toss anything you get from them right into the trash!
Just like everyone else
Just like everyone else, I'm caught up in this apparent scam. They send texts and emails regarding an unpaid anaesthesiology bill, incessantly. Their bill, if you print it out, doesn't even have a header or show any info on who the billing person/organization is. If they ask for further info in an email I send to them, after I provide the info, they never respond except to send more requests for payment.
Website Is not Safe
Too bad you can't give a -5! Used this website used by Sound Physicians Emergency Medicine of Arizona to pay a bill. The website took to a scam site. I didn't realize it until after I gave my debit card information. Luckily my bank called and canceled the card. Now I'm without access to my money for 2 weeks.
Change insurance on record
The first customer service representative had such a strong accent and spoke so fast, I could not understand what she was saying. I asked for another person to talk to and was put on hold. The second time I called the customer service representative also had an accent and I had to ask her to speak slowly. I had to correct insurance records with her and she seemed to be irritated with me.
More like a SCAM center
I don't know how many times I have to deal with their scams. It was such a nightmare to get them dispute our bills in the past. This is the third time I help my parents with their medical bills and mydocbill keeps bugging us with bills that weren't covered by my insurance (which I already called and asked them to work with the insurance).
Beware. This company is a scam.
Only adding my review in attempt to drive down their star rating even more because like nearly every other review, this is MyDocBill is a scam. If this was an individual, they would be arrested for attempted fraud. I have been receiving bill notifications from them for months for a doctor I have never seen in a city that is 200 miles away from us. Just delete the emails and force them to prove the bill is legitimate.
Inaccurate billing
Inaccurate billing. Spent unnecessary time with insurance company based on false information on bill that claim was denied. It was not denied.

Mydocbill sent a bill for $498 and said that my insurance covered none of it. I called my insurance and they said they covered almost all of it, that all I owe is $29.
Terrible site
Terrible site. Tried the option twice to speak to a live represent and both times my call was disconnected after two rings. I assume there is an AI gateway to work thru initially. But like most AI gateways it just does not work well

This company makes Banna Republic look outstanding. No matter how many times they send bills, they've been paid my company's workman's comp. Freaking jokesters fishing for a buck, as it's obvious this is their empoyee's first job, or the company is the only employer that will hire them. As for management, well that's for the better business bureau folks to figure out.

I have read several revues and mine is right in line. 7 months after a procedure I get a bill from these folks for $2000. I have no idea who they are. My physician’s group didn’t alert me to a change. Called my ins company and they didn’t know who the were either. Weeks went by and my ins company told me they were a legit company, but my bill is only $800. I went to my “mydocbill” account and it showed ‘Zero’ balance. I’m going to wait till they turn me over to collection and deal with it then. At best, My Docs and my doc bill’ will only get a portion. Serves them both right.
