Horrible experience. I ordered 5000 pcs boxes from 4/1/2023, until 23/1/2023 I only received 1200pcs something. When you call them, no one answers. According to their response, I still haven't received anything on 27/1/2023.

The quality of printing I received is terrible, the colour looks overlapped & faded.The final box doesn't look like the digital proof at all. Wouldn't recommend to use them.

Thank you for the email. It's very disappointing for us as well, seeing a customer like yourself, unhappy with our services. We just wondering what took you so long to inform us on this matter? It has been more than 5 days since the delivery has been made.
Anyhow, we are still happy to help you with this. We checked, there were no edits made on the file after your approval on the digital proof. Which eliminates the chances of this mistake made by the design team.
Now we are assuming that the elements having shadow effect is due to the opacity ratio.
We shall further investigate into this, as we need to check the availability of the printing positives and plates.
Let us discuss this and get back to you asap.
We have worked with Sam & My Box Printing for a while now. Sam is very helpful and quick to respond. If there are ever any errors, (which is normal to happen) Sam and the team take ownership and sort the problem out quickly.
I will continue to use these guys for my boxing and labelling because of this trust and Sams helpful nature.

I contacted the Australian branch on 01JUL21 asking for 100 boxes. They emailed me a total cost of $428 Delivered, no hidden fees. I paid $189 for them to send me 5 samples and that I would pay the remainder once confirmed. They sent me ONLY TWO boxes, arriving on 27JUL21 (almost a MONTH LATER). I then asked for the outstanding invoice to be sent to me so I can make final payment.
They sent me an invoice for $100 more then the agreed price. Bringing the total price to $529 (not $428 as quoted). Deposit not refundable!
The reason for this was "recent increase in inventory price". I don't believe the customer should be effected by changes in prices once the quote is given and deposit made.
I tried to contact for two days, but the phone was not manned, and they did not return my emails until I contacted the UK branch. They said to "read the terms".
I was not asked to read the terms before now, It wasn't on the invoice or mentioned by the sales person, Sam. Furthermore, the terms on the site does not state that they can increase prices after the deposit is made. I understand this to be an illegal practice and since they refused to give me back my deposit, I've reported then to the department of fair trading, ACCC and scam watch.
I have an extensive email chain which clearly shows that they have given me a price and not honored the agreement.
Another interesting fact is they have not charged GST on the invoice and no ABN was provided, dodgy?
Also, the boxes came from Pakistan.

We are talking about your order reference number MBP21124 for a book wrap boxes. Correct?
We have gone through with the complete communication with our sales representative, where at first you were proceeding with complete order and than intended to get samples first. Which is totally fine and than you received 2pcs samples after confirming 5pcs.
FYI. samples are sent to review the finish product and decide to proceed or not to proceed with the company. As per your email you liked our finish product and wanted to proceed with complete order. Quantity could be 1-10pcs in samples depending on the waste and to get 1pc of perfect finish product. Like for 100pcs, we have to work on 150pcs to get 100pcs with perfect finish. In your complete order of 100pcs we will deliver you 110pcs not 100pcs. It will be more than the original quantity you order. Its the same process with any company you order.
So, we are talking about two separate orders. The first one you order is for samples in which you have paid for the setup cost, dies plates etc. The second order would be exclusive of the setup cost. But the inventory (particularly material) prices are increasing on weekly basis since the Covid started and we don't have any control over it. The price increased due to the material cost which were different in the last month and obviously customer have to bear the cost. Its the case with all companies.
Again, we are really sorry for the inconvenience but we would like to request you to please ask for the quotation from 1 or 2 top packaging companies in Australia and let us know if anyone can offer you same price ($340 AUD for 100pcs for the requested item) or even $500 AUD for the product and quantity you required.
Lastly, My Box Printing have 5 branches in 4 different in countries, UK, USA, Australia and Lahore, Pakistan. This is what mentioned clearly in our terms page and the link also provided you in order email. Getting confirmation to review before placing an order with us.
We would like to have positive feedback on this soon.

i placed an order with them and received after 25 days, whereas sales person promised me 7 to 8 working day. i paid before order and once i received boxes.. i was shocked... i have to pay shipping cost and also paid for crap boxes.. ripped off and nothing as per promised...

On other side we have just been informed that you use abusive language with one of our representative, which we don't think any reasonable person can use such words.
