Even though skeptical at first, I've had a great experience working Russell Brown at MyAIO. He's been responsive and on top of things. Whenever I have questions, he takes the time to answer thoroughly... See more

Patrick Wilson is just a great guy
Patrick Wilson is just a great guy, My AIO team is honest, professional,
and always keeps me updated regarding things which are better for my business.
They are such a blessing to me as they have made our business more scalable,
efficient, and profitable! Patrick helped us to create a professional website
and he is also working on Google profile as well. We are happy to have him.
I highly recommend My AIO .

I agreed to work with them to help my google rating for my new business. They made little advertisements that I could have made with canva and spelled my business name wrong. I pointed out the error and they still posted it online. I explained my business to them multiple times but they kept putting the wrong key words down. Then when I canceled they harassed me and said I was unprofessional. Stay away.
The expertise and professionalism of…
The expertise and professionalism of Roman.
Stay Away.
Tried this AI company for one month, They were supposed to develop a one page informational web page and increase online exposure. This did not occur. After a few harassing calls to keep using them, they threatened to interfere with my Google listing and said they have the ability to cause issues for my Google profile. Should have know since the guy Roman was first name basis, didn’t contact the preferred way. Stay away. Google has its own AI. Use it. It’s not that hard.

UPDATE: AIO requested proof. I have screenshots to prove it's a legit review, but they don't allow links or photo uploads here. I have screenshots of:
1) The footer credit showing, in fact, AIO built the site.
2) A view of the contact page as an example of layout issues.
------ Original Review ------
I ran a Google search for a small US-based business after receiving a call to help them. There are links routing to a Russian site (.ru). When I found one link that resembled the intended site, Malwarebytes blocked an attempted riskware download from the website. At this point, I don't know if the site is salvageable or needs to be built from scratch with another vendor. What a waste of time and money!

0 stars. Trust this company at your own risk. You see all this recent positive reviews, they are the ones making it up. Continue reading to see real reviews from people who have truly worked and experienced their non existing service. They are Scammers, a big Scam. They are not even located in the US, they are in Pakistan. Just look at the pattern in which the reviews are coming up and the days. They paid people to do it. Go on google to see more negative reviews about this company. They will call you asking you to close your yelp account. They will say all sort of sureness, that you will think they are the perfect fit, behold that’s a Trap. The moment you gave them your money, it’s over for you. My case was different because i dispute the transaction within 3 months and my bank was able to withdraw the money from this so called fraud company. They knew nothing at all. So many people have been trapped, please avoid this company at all costs

SCAMMERS!
I had reached out to MyAIO from a trusted refferal. My experience has been not good. I first spent money to get a new website up and a monthly fee of 450.00 to promote our new color restoration company. this was May of 2024.
My new website was not at all what i expected. I told them and showed them what i wanted. It was never changed.
Since we already had a business i wanted to stop the other website and put our energies into the existing one. Instead I was talked out of doing a new website that would be better for our existing business.
this was november. I feel so stupid to let them talk me into paying for another website. When I emailed David harrision and he finally responded he said he was in the hospital very sick and would contact me in a couple of days. this was the end of january. Still nothing. I now will have to pursue other means to get at least the one website that was created.
I was referred by a trainer who trains hundreds of people in our field and he had a shout out for them on his training forum. I feel like i have been taken

Please trust me when I say you should 100% not use this company. They scammed me into using them, and to this day they are dodging my calls/texts. I’ve been trying to get the credentials for my GoDaddy domain for weeks, for a website that they are falsely claiming I am the owner of (My own business website). They keep claiming they’re in “meetings” and will call me back in 15 minutes, but never do. Do yourself a big favor and stay away!

They destroyed my website
They destroyed my website. I gave them access and my website has been erased. This after I fired them for lying to me and ripping me off. I can't believe I was stupid enough to give them access. Don't trust them. I hope to all in the power of all that is, you read the reviews first. I did not. I don't even know how long ago they did this. I fired them 2 months ago and now I have NO WEBSITE
Five months of website development and Google still cannot find my private tours
On November 14, 2024, I signed up for (1) website development, (2) website hosting, (3) the use of what MY AIO claimed was there powerful AI tools to create backlinks and help my website skyrocket on Google to get to the top of searches when travelers were searching for private tours of Williamsburg, Jamestown or Yorktown or other customized group historic tours in Virginia (FYI, as of April 27, 2025, Google cannot even find my website when I search for "private tour williamsburg virginia), and (4) creating "amazing" social media content for Instagram and Facebook. When I first wrote this post, it was the week of February 21, 2025 and this was my experience:
Like others, I was a desperate small business trying to get my website (bestwilliamsburgtours.com) updated. They initially assigned Jane who repeatedly lied. They closed for 12 days over the holidays. When they returned in January, I asked to be reassigned to David Harrison, who kept promising that the updates would be made (because there are so many errors I am humilated), then they would finish the website (adding additional features that were promised), etc. I've tried contacting My AIO from the contact page on the website for several days but it says there server is down. No one answers any of the phone numbers 347-467-1149, 754-258-4543. Their website is not on ICANN. When I searched LinkedIn, it says it is owned by Brian Parker and I messaged him. And, the WHOIS data is private. My experience has been a huge loss of money and embarrassment. I hope someone reads this and stays away from MYAIO.
And, now, it is April 27, 2025. Brian did assign my website to another developer, Jennifer, around February 28, 2025 and last week, my website (bestwilliamsburgtours.com) was operating but still had some malware issues in order for Google to posts ads. Jennifer has been professional to work with, albeit slower than I would like to have a functioning website and to develop MY AIO's backlinks to my web page so that my website shows up when someone searches for "williamsburg virginia private tour" "jamestown private tour" "yorktown private tour" "virginia historic private tour" "customized group tour williamsburg" or any other key words that concern my business. I tried all these searches today, and Google cannot find my business - lots of sites like museums or the Chamber of Commerce or local government tourism agencies show up along with one competitor. So, I am still quite frustrated. Jennifer has explained that despite five months of MY AIO's AI technology for backlinks for search engines, like Google, to find my website, I have to pay for Google ads. And, I tried to create campaigns five times, but was told there was malware on my website. Jennifer has been helpful in trying to resolve and we are still working through that. Until then, from a small business, I think if you have a functioning website, do not worry about updating it, just use Google ads (so long as there is not malware). And, my opinion might change in the future, but first I have to be able to find my website on Google for key search terms of what my business is. Good luck to everyone who is trying to figure out how consumers can find your website.

Very pushy and rude when you don't sogn up for their services. SCAM!!
this company is not really a company
this company is not really a company, they are scam, they are based in Pakistan and have bought us numbers and they communicate with you from Pakistan, that's why they never contact you in the morning if they do not have to. they promise 3 weeks ranking up on google map profile and also your website. but as soon as you pay them, you can not find them until if you you are lucky and paid with papal you initiate your dispute, then they call you, telling you the guy who was working with you like SAM Sam Lawrence or Aaron wood or david harrison which all Pakistani( and they do not have names like that and mohamad or ali or .., not important but they use these names to scam you and gain your trust) were in hospital and if you take your complaint back from your paypal or credit card, they promise to work with you just to wast time and pass the 30 days, so paypal drops the complain because passed the 30 days.
after they do this just tell the credit card or paypal that you do not know what this charge is and someone stole it(only way you can get your money back)
you can also report them to cyber crime department FIA
this is a serious crime what they do
good luck to all of you guys
ALSO ALL OF THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE MADE UP. FORTUNATELY I AM FIGHTING THEM AT THIS MOMENT TO GET MY MONEY BACK.
BEST IS NOT TO FALL FOR THEIR TRICK AND SCAM
ALSO IF THEY SEE YOU ARE NOT TAKING YOUR DISPUTE BACK THEY TRY TO SCARE YOU INTO SAYING ALL THE LAWYERS OF MYAIO ARE COMING ON YOU. I TOLD THEM TELL ME HOW MANY SO I CAN GET THEM COFFEE AND CANDY SINCE THE DISTANCE IS SO LONG FROM PAKISTAN TO USA
THIS IS THE ADDRESS THEY ARE REGISTERED OUT OF ON MY INVOICE AND BE SEEN

Very pushy and they’re so polite until you tell them you’re not interested anymore. The Indian lady just straight hung up on me. Didn’t even say goodbye and was very pressuring me saying that the promotion would end that day if I didn’t take advantage of it so I don’t like to be pressured so I told her I’m very busy right now and if I have time to call you back, I will call you back. She calls me back before I call her back and I just told her straight up. I’m interested, but I’m just busy right now and since that promotions only until today, I guess I’m not interested. She then says I could hold that promotion until tomorrow then the next day I received two separate phone calls from them and this time on my caller ID it said scam likely the second one I answered and that’s when I just told her I was not interested and she seemed kind of angry and said you said yesterday that you were busy and that you were interested and I told her I was and I’ve thought about it and I’m not interested anymore. She’s just straight hung up the phone on me! I would stay away. They’re also very overpriced and when they get you more colors, call you to try to get more add-ons to your services that cost even more money. I accepted one of their services and then I ended up just canceling everything after reading a few of these reviews myself.

Worst coldcalling spammy company out…
Worst coldcalling spammy company out there.
I have asked them about 15 times to unsubscribe me from their calling list and they refuse to do so. Every time they call me, they start attacking my current marketing strategies rudely and are very disrespectful. I doubt that any 5 star review is real, this is most likely a scam and their customer service and reps are very unprofessional.
Highly recommended Michelle Jones
I would like to leave a review on the work together with the specialist Michelle Jones. I have been working with her for five months. I would like to say that she is very responsive, attentive. And shows respect during the process of work, she also helped me solve a number of problems with the development of my website, with the formation of my business account, and also gave me a big discount, and for the provision of her services at a time when I had financial problems, I persistently recommend her to everyone who would like to develop in their own.
