AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

They don't deserve any stars! Inconsistent, appalling, shocking, disgraceful as an alleged Games Platform. I had been playing 'Left To Survive' for well over 18 months, and spent a small fortune. I could have brought this game many times over by now. Firstly, buffering, then stated 'No Internet Connection', then crashed. Had to restart the laptop (as I have done many times). Went to log in. Took me back to the very start of the game, despite my username and password not changed. Contacted 'Customer Support'. What an audacious lie that is. There is no customer support! They give you a 'ticket', then you wait, and wait and no one gets back to you. Went through the Discord page to seek answers and was immediately put on a time-out. Tried to disable and delete my account, but it claims my password is wrong, despite my having changed it moments ago. Kept repeating the process, getting nowhere. I know customer loyalty never existed with this company, who claim they are based in Amsterdam. Over 18 months playing this game, buying the 'Offers' they constantly throw up on your screen, and at the end of it? Dismiss any knowledge of you, and they are on to their next victim! I implore anyone to leave this company 'MY GAMES' well alone. They are intentionally committing fraud, passing on your details to 3rd party organisations (for money), and don't deliver any kind of customer service-based relations. They should be taken to court and prosecuted! You will ruin your spare time, cash flow, and mental health associating with anything connected to this charlatan 2-bit fraud-oriented company! They will reap what they sow!

Companies like this are what's wrong…

Companies like this are what's wrong with gaming these days. Corrupt and manipulative. They grief their own customers, posing as real players, with the intent to get you to buy more pixels for premium prices. They allow hacks for this purpose as well. It's a dishonest and disgusting business model.

They banned my account for some unknown reason , when I send a ticked they send some of they TOS section without any further explanation and any evidence. They just said it's final decision

Good game, with great graphics and gameplay, I've been playing for years.
But, and it is a big but, the developers have become lazy, with no significant updates/challenges, and greedy, greedy,greedy.
We don't get the same rewards for completing events, and as time goes we get a little less. They think we don't notice this. The Autobots we fight are given super stats (ridiculously higher than our level) so we can complete tasks.
Customer service is a joke. Overnight I lost a weapon that took years to build, I sent dates and screenshots proving the item was gone but apparently this was not enough evidence that it was missing. It would cost them nothing to replace it.
And then there are the Cheating Russian players. Allowed and ignored by the Developers, which really should be allowed in a paying game. They do remove cheats from all over the world, but never the Russians. They are so rife they completely ruined the game.
Worth playing for 6 months, as it truly is enjoyable, then find some other game, as the grinding away spoils the game
NOTE TO DEVELOPERS - Stop reducing the rewards in events, and stop the cheats we can see this, you fools

a big disappointment

a big disappointment. More than once I bought purchases in this game and at high prices. however, my purchase simply disappeared and no one from the game support could help me and solve the problem. there is nothing else but to wait for the last hope here or I will just have to make money refund.

Account Hacked Help

Hi.

Yesterday i back to play the game Rush Royale and i get the message about i got HACKED and BLOCKED duo to SHARE and JOIN other players account.

The big problem is i dont was joining my account that was usually used by my Facebook account for a while and when i got that message some friends told me My nickname was changed to BER@DEIRO_BR even i dont know this nick and the guy who was using it.

Back when i Play it was on a Guild named as Blacklist 1.0 and using a name like HiigorMPG or Hiigor.

Please i want a help for recover my account because i GOT HACKED and probably a person tried to change my original Data whos Blocked me Permannently.

I have all payment and Bank receipt fror share and get my account back.

I never used to sell or give my account for secondary people join, recently i got my Facebook account hacked for some hours and recovered it and now when i try play got this problem

This company support is a joke

This company support is a joke, they can turn down anyone even after spending a good amount of money in their games, basically they are not responsible if anything happen in their platforms, could take them nothing to amend situations with players, now they totally become 'pay and play at your own risk', they do not disclose game rules but they take real money from players !!! Seems the only good thing left that Russians can produce nowadays is vodka , on the game side they still have lots of work to do

Appalling service.

Appalling service.

Only played a game for a short while, Warface, bit of fun, wind down in the evening after work, etc...

Well, what can I say, all the rules, "Anti Cheat" features, etc, I thought "WOW!" finally someone's got it right, how wrong I was, just another P2W game, get the basics, impossible goals, but oh, you can "buy" upgrades, meanwhile in game, it is cheaters galore.

I've been playing games like this on and off over the years, to be fair, that last time I properly played a game like Warface was some 15 to 20 years ago.
It's easy to spot those who aren't "Pro", they have a terrible habit of making it obvious that they're hacking, oh, but look, there's an in game reporting system, great, get them blocked, no, wrong again, let them carry on more like...

Do yourself a favour, avoid My.Games like the plague, literally, I'd get more enjoyment sticking pins in my eyes than taking any further part in any of their games, definitely, and I mean definitely, don't spend any money with them, and don't link your PayPal account whatever you do.

Well, I didn't think things could get any worse, but following a lengthy conversation following reporting a hack that became available on 28/12/2020, demonstrating exploits, and ways to not only successfully hack the game, but also affect other users playability by locking their screen out, etc, I've now been told that it's a fault with my computer, and there is no hack available that works.
Considering that I have circa 25 plus years in the IT industry, it's obvious I must be completely off my rocker.
