I ordered my cable slings with the hope they would ship the same day for an upcoming job on the weekend... I didn't receive an email showing that it had shipped so I called and talked to them. They were extremely helpful knowing that I needed them for the weekend, so they shipped them 2nd day air to me on their dime!!! So, I was able to get my job done using the new slings. I was very impressed with their customer service and help tracking my package. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!!!!!!! Thank you,
