Awful customer service
Awful customer service, you've lost a customer including all my friends.
Few years ago, I ordered Materia Magnetic Black and I was very happy about it. I have also recommended it to many people.
I first ordered the same model in Grape. It wasn't comfortable at the beginning but I was sure that I would get used to it. It didn't get better and I discovered they are too small (even though I ordered size 42, my regular size which is identical to my Materia Magnetic black.
Also ordered Atom Custom in white: it seems like they are not small, but they cause extreme pain to my foot so I can't use them.

My experience was a mix of sensations
My experience was a mix of sensations. I was happy to buy some innovative items and the design is quite nice, but when I received the order and checked the labels on both the shoes box and the one inside the shoes, the information was not the same. The box label shows to be designed and made in Spain but the label in the shoe interior states that it is designed in Spain but made in China. The information seems to be a bit misleading and I was quite disappointed.
