Horrible experience and even worst customer service

Horrible company, I have 12 emails going back and forward with them and a returned confirmation stating its been returned back to their warehouse. They have yet to return at 100%. The item was defective and I even picture verification. The cost to ship back to them is more than the returned then the return they offered. They actually wanted me to keep the item when I have not use for what they sent at all. The gift was Christmas gift and the person that I ordered the gift for was very upset. DONT ORDER DR MARTENS from them!!!

Should have done more research before ordering through this website. I will say they did give me half off after sending me the wrong pair but also a broken zipper on my Doc. Martens. If they even are real Doc. Martens.

This company is in China and I had a terrible time sending back my Cheap and Defective Ted Lasso jacket. The jacket was $79.00 I expected good quality. It was an early Christmas present for my husband. He put it on and it fit fine but when he put his hands in the pocket his fingers went right through it. Also the sticking with the name logo was super small. You couldn’t read Richmond. Anyway the real problem was sending it back… to China. This company offered me 20% refund. Seriously that’s $16 I said no. I used PayPal. I told them I was going to dispute it and have PayPal handle it. They then offered me 30 % off. What a joke. To send it back I went to the post office it was $60.00. So I told PayPal to refund me 100%. And they did. Don’t order from this company. If you have to return it they don’t work with you and it’s a headache. Merry Christmas

Super Impressive!

I was having trouble finding out where my order was bc of the whole supply chain problems in the USA so I contacted their customer service. I was so happy and pleasantly surprised by how quick they responded and how thorough they were in their reply to my email! They gave me an updated tracking number once it hit the continental USA and even gave me a 10% discount on my order! I highly recommend ordering from them because customers would be hard pressed to find a better customer service department than Multycolor has! Very impressed!

This company is a notorious scam

This company is a notorious scam. I ordered shoes in my correct size. They sent me mislabeled shoes that were so small I couldn't bare to squeeze my feet in them. They kept trying to tell me that their items are "unique" when I told them they were too small. And they tried to tell me that I need to order based on my measurements. I DID order based on my measurements. I have a good 8 or 9 pairs of shoes that are all the size that I ordered. What they sent me is the ONLY pair of shoes I have that are ~uniquely~ way smaller than the others. They refused to reimburse me for shipping, and they offered me 15% back. I refused and demanded they give me a full refund or send me the correct size, or I would leave negative reviews. They then offered me 30% back. I refused again. I've tried contacting since then via email several times, with no response. I then looked up other reviews and found that they were known scammers. They pretend like they are an American company, and use American models, and you receive the products from an American address. I have nothing whatsoever against China at all, but it is very common for Chinese companies to hide their identities and pretend to be American so that buyers aren't suspicious about quality and business practices. That is what this company does, among the rest of them. Because these things are across international borders, it is very, very hard to hold them accountable for anything. They can get away with almost anything because of this. Don't give them your money.

Thumbs up

Thumbs up. They are very polite and do get back to you. The shipping is not great, but that isn’t there fault.
