We submitted plans for several projects to this company and they returned 3-4. All of them were way off and could have potentially cost us over $500K. When we requested a refund they stated they have a 3 HOUR window in which we can request a refund! This company is not American and that shows in their estimates as they know nothing about construction in the USA.

My experience with MSB Estimating was average overall. The takeoff was delivered and the quantities were mostly accurate. Communication was decent, and they were willing to make revisions when requested.

The estimate provided by MSBestimating covered most of what I needed, but some parts seemed a bit generic and not fully detailed. Support answered my questions, though it took a while to get a reply. An average experience overall.
