Promised to pick up an item and demanded prepayment for an interstate transfer. Space on the truck supposedly “booked”. I prepaid. Then got a text message that the item had not been picked up because “ no space on the truck”. Will I get a refund? Will they organise another transport? No reply from anybody when I called, texted and emailed today.
We had a great moving experience with Jacob & Alex as our movers, they were very professional and handled everything with care. Will gladly chose Movit for our next move.
