I have personally experienced the fraudulent practices this company uses to generate cash flow at the expense of foreign buyers like myself. It has been three years since they were supposed to refund me for the purchase of an engine that had the wrong reference (how convenient). To this day, they still owe me more than half of the amount.

They are now attempting to blackmail me by asking me to delete my reviews here in exchange for reimbursement. Knowing the person involved — who always has an excuse for not responding (he is traveling, on vacation, abroad) — and strangely, during his absence, we are supposed to believe that the garage is closed and that there is no administrative or accounting support available.

J'ai personnellement testé les démarches frauduleuse tente à cette enseigne de se fabriquer de la trésorerie sur le dos d'acheteurs à l’étranger comme moi, cela fait trois ans qu'il doit me rembourser la somme versée pour l'achat d'une moteur qui n'avait pas la bonne référence ( comme c'est étrange) aujourd’hui il me doit encore plus de la moitié et me fait du chantage, à savoir il me demande de supprimer mes avis ici pour qu'il me rembourse, connaissant le personnage qui a toujours une excuse pour le pas répondre, il est en voyage, en vacance, à l’étranger, et bizarrement en son absence il faudrait croire que le garage est fermée et qu'il n'y a pas de relais administratif ou comptable: une etoile c'est encore trop pour cet escrot

At Motorenplaza I was able to fine the engine I couldn’t find anywhere.
I highly recommend them for being very professional and knowledgeable of the parts and engines altogether.

Finger weg von Motorenplaza!

Bezahlung meines SEAT Alhambra Motors im JUNI 2021. Erster Motor war defekt mit Metallspänen im Motor, die beim ersten Durchwaschen mit Öl im Filter waren. Motor retour - nach langem Warten kam ein anderer Motor in nochmal schlechterem Zustand und defektem Turbo.
Motor nochmal retour geschickt und seit Februar 2023 werden wir hingehalten und bekommen unseren bezahlten Preis nicht retour ...

Zwischenzeitlich wollte Motorenplaza eine Zahlung in drei Teilbeträgen - auch das wäre für uns OK gewesen.

Wir sind mittlerweile beim Inkasso angelangt :-(

I have sent money for a MItsubishi engine. But Mark has not sent any parts. And i did not get back the money what i have sent.

Be carefull. Fake reviews. They are cheaters. 3000 EUR has been sent no engine no money.

Absoultely a top company and they work in a serious manner.
They have a great business, are experienced and professional.

Great service and engine delivery. Took a bit longer then expected the delivery but no big problem. The engine drives good.

Response on questions via email or telephone are done correct and timely.

Ich rate dringend davon ab, mit Motorenplaza eine Geschäftsbeziehung einzugehen!!!

Im November 2021 brauchte ich einen Motor für einen BMWX5 und fand Motorenplaza als Anbieter in den Niederlanden. Mir wurde ein sofort verfügbarer Motor für den Versand nach Österreich angeboten. Ich bestätigte den Kauf und bezahlte den Motor per Banküberweisung. Nach Erhalt der Bezahlung, sollte ich die Tracking Nummer erhalten.

Es stellte sich heraus, dass kein Motor zum Versand bereitstand!
Zwei Wochen nachdem ich fast 7000 EUR bezahlt hatte, gab es keine Tracking-Nummer und keinen Motor. Bei Motorenplaza war niemand telefonisch erreichbar. Aus Mails erhielt ich keine Antwort.

Ich trat vom Kauf zurück und bat Rückerstattung meiner Bezahlung. Jetzt ist es Februar 2022 und ich habe weder den Motor noch die Rückerstattung erhalten. Ich habe den Fall an einen Anwalt übergeben.

update 07.07.2022 Ich habe einen Anwalt beauftragt. Nach einem Termin vor Gericht, liegt die Angelegenehit nun beim Gerichtsvollzieher. Ich wurde informiert, dass er mehrere Gläubiger gibt.

Wie oben erwähnt: Ich rate dringend davon ab, eine Geschäftsbeziehung mit Motorenplaza einzugehen!

I strongly advice to NOT enter a business relationship with Motorenplaza!!!

In November 2021 I wanted to purchase a motor for a BMWX5 and found Motorenplaza as a supplier in the Netherlands. I was promised that a matching motor was available immediately and ready to send to Austria. I confirmed the purchase and paid for the motor via bank transfer. I was told that a tracking number would be provided after receipt of the money transfer.

It turned out that there was no motor ready to send! Two weeks after I paid almost 7000 EUR there was no tracking number, no motor and nobody reachable at Motorenplaza. I withdraw from the purchase and asked for a refund. Now its February 2022 and I have not received the motor or the refund. I handed the case to a lawyer.

update 07.07.2022 I have hired a lawyer. After an appointment in court, the matter is now with the bailiff. I have been informed that there are several creditors.

As stated above: I strongly advice to NOT enter a business relationship with Motorenplaza.

Bought my rebuilt engine from Motorenplaze and what I can tell you is that their guarantee actually works (they fixed an error after the installation for free!
I'm very happy they brought my car to life. I appreciate a lot that they called after a few weeks to check that everything is great.

I am very much pleased by the service that has been provided to me. I contacted the company on issues regarding payment, the staff, without hesitation has solved the issue smoothly and quickly. MOST importantly, I was greeted with a kind attitude.

Good services and fast delivery for a BMW 428i X-Drive (F32) 2.0i N20B20A Engine without equipment. I put the engine on the car and is working properly. Still few sensors to connect and my car will be back on the street again.

I have ordered my car engine and have got a delivery deadline of one week. The deadline was confirmed in writing. Afterdozens of emails and phone calls and finally after mences to go to trial the company finally delivered the engine after 13 weeks. At first glance the engine seems ok.
In my case the behavior of the company was characterized by total lack of seriousness and a lot of fuzzy promises. I suggest not to buy with this company unless you have very strong nerves and a lot of time. Being a pro is definitely different.
