I tried to contact you, I wrote to you by email. The parts did not fit my motorcycle, even though it was indicated that they would fit.
Hello! I'm having problems with my order.
The Shad 3P mount I ordered doesn't fit my motorcycle. I've already checked everything, and it matches the make and model. However, the parts are slightly off. The mounts are also slightly different. I'll attach a photo and a link to the instructions on the official website. Pay attention to the screws, spacers, and washers. I'll also provide links to videos. The frames and spacers don't fit properly.
Perhaps you can help me somehow. I'm in Riga, Latvia. Could you perhaps send me the missing parts and the appropriate linings?

Motorcycle Soul appreciate my patience and it's nice to be appreciated so I've given them 2 starts. Also, their customer service department are very, very polite. They've responded to most of my emails. To be fair I did write to them a lot... I mean a lot.
My parcel was returned to them by customs. I'm still waiting on a refund nearly two months after placing the order. This makes me sad... Maybe some more appreciation from Motorcycle Soul will pick me up. Yes, I'll write to them again tomorrow.
