Amazing fly screens
Amazing fly screens, easy to fit, looks sleek and doesn't flap around in the wind. My cat soon mastered the screen and visiting dogs had no issues with it.

I got shipping info that my order is sent with DPD - after complaining I got my order with Croatian post (Hrvatska posta) and I had to pay 9.45 euro taxes - Moskera isn't respoding why I had to pay tax because tax is visible on invoice and goods were sent from Europe
Never received my order. The company refuses to issue a refund because the product was made to order. Since they failed to deliver the original order, they claim they will make and send another one instead, even though I no longer want to wait for it.
I have been trying to resolve this issue for almost a month, with countless emails and no satisfactory solution. Very disappointing customer service and a frustrating experience.

No response to return requests
I wanted to return my product and sent Moskera support an email as indicated on their website. It has been almost 3 weeks without a response, including 2 reminders from my side. Hopefully this will still be resolved, but so far the return procedure seems to be non-existent.
Update 18-8:
This remains a bad experience. Celia did react swiftly after my trustpilot review on trustpilot and per email (Through a different email adress as indicated on the website for the refund process). I responded to that email the same day and now 12 days later did not hear anything back. Just sent another reminder for a refund.

I selected this company after a long web search.
Th screen arrived in the timeframe promised.
It was easy to install and workred perfectly. The magnets work well. It is easy to pass through the the screens and
then they click back into place.
The screens stay shut when in windy conditions. And best of all they keep the flies out. A good product

Good product with good service
Purchased a White Fly Screen early July but received a black one by mid of July. Informed Moskera and provide a picture with the physical Fly Scrren. John confirmed that they will ship me the correct one and received it last week. It works perfectly for my Patio Door and no fly is in my kitchen that helps a lot. It is funny that couple flies were sitting on the Fly Screen and trying to fly in.

Contacted customer support, After initial reply to get back in 48 hours, there is no more update. Zero, At this point I am not even sure if I´ll ever get my order. What happened to customer service?
Quality product, no doubt. I ordered one to try and I am plainly satisfied. I asked some questions about the product, the website and asked for a spécial price, considering that I intended to buy 10 to 14 more, most of them of large and special sizes. Up to date, no answer from customer service since July 15.
I canceled my basket and start browsing around for more solutions, unless I get an answer at last.

Total unreliability: Fake tracking numbers, no delivery, ignored emails.
I strongly advise against buying from this company. My exchange process for a custom-made insect screen has been ongoing since June 22nd. After weeks of delayed communication, on July 12th I was informed that my order (#MK331870) had been shipped. However, checking the provided tracking number (1046668818663U) revealed that the package was NEVER actually handed over to the carrier. Customer support repeatedly sends automated or vague empty promises about "checking with logistics in emergency mode" and then completely disappears. It has been over a month now, and I still have not received my order, a working tracking status, or a response to my final demands. Zero respect for the customer, zero accountability. I am forced to report this seller to the European Consumer Centre and initiate a bank chargeback.
UPDATE (August 2026):After waiting for over a month and having my emails completely ignored, I finally received the product. However, the customer service from this company is an absolute disgrace. The company claimed that the first package was "lost by DPD", but the official tracking status clearly shows that the package was NEVER actually handed over to the courier in the first place. They simply lied to buy themselves time. What is worse, after I posted my initial negative review, a "Quality Manager" suddenly reached out, persistently begging me to update and change my rating on Trustpilot. Yet, when I replied requesting an answer and compensation for over a month of delay, false promises, and wasted time, the company went completely silent again and ignored my message. They only care about PR and pressuring customers to change bad reviews on Trustpilot, not about treating customers fairly. Stay away from this shop!

Pleasent company to deal with
Ordering was easy, waiting time was pretty reasonable. I struggled with 10% entree discount, which was eventually not included. After emailing Moskera they corrected this afterwards in a very pleasant email conversation. I have the product hanging for a couple of days now, and am very happy with it.
