COUNTERFEIT Jellycat product - but not cheaper prices and they clearly use authentic Jellycat pictures online. I will report this transaction to my bank and hopefully get a refund. Come on real Jellycat step up and get them stopped, they are ruining your reputation and 'selling' your IP merchandise. DON'T BUY

Ordered Jellycat amusable and received a fake, no tags. Sent them an email and never got a reply. Do NOT order from this store, total fraud.

Ordered 2 Godfrey Jellycats from this place and received COUNTERFEIT. I contacted them and they asked for tags/proof which I sent. They then said they would send again and I said I want full refund because I do not want counterfeit merchandise.

I purchased the L.O.L. Surprise Biggie Pet - Hop Hop, but unfortunately, the item I received was clearly a counterfeit. The packaging looked off, the materials were cheap, and some accessories were missing. Very disappointed — not what I expected from an official product. Buyer beware!

We ordered what was shown on their site as a Blue Ninjago Jay Mech in the box by LEGO. They sent a white one, identical to LEGOs Zane in a busted up package. We sent them a picture and also asked where directions were and these were NOT LEGO brand bricks. 13 messages back and forth and kept getting run around. Now they aren't even sending correct unbranded bricks. I told them that it was wrong what they did, false advertising and showing it as LEGO. I had to call my bank to reverse payment. Only today, after weeks of reaching out politely, did they offer a refund. Watch out, if you just want to build, great if they send correct item. If you are a LEGO collector, I'm sorry, but this is a scam. I just went to get photo to send and their site moonwalkbaby.com is currently not "working."

Purchased what was supposed to be a 40cm Jellycat. Gobfrey the whale shark, this item is barely 25cm and definitely not a jellycat. It's not even a fake jellycat.
Absolutely gutted it was meant to be a gift for a child who's in hospital and they knew it was on its way 😔

I bought a Lego set for my grandson. The picture on the site looked like a genuine Lego set with the correct reference number for the set. It is definitely not genuine Lego. It arrived in plastic bags, not a box. The pieces don’t fit together properly and some are missing. The instruction manual is a photo copy and blurred. I will not use this site again. I have emailed Lego HQ to make sure they are aware.

If I could give them 0 I would. Ordered 2-3 day delivery, 2 weeks later nothing and keep getting told somepoint next week since day 4

I wouldn’t even give this website one star. I was trying to get my daughter a jellycat panda bear which had discontinued and when I looked online to my surprise I seen they had one. I purchased and then looked at the reviews I straight emailed them and asked them to cancel my purchase like 2 mins later and they replied back to say it had already been processed. I then asked for trackin number which they couldn’t provide. DO NOT PURCHASE from them total SCAM

Bought a lego item for £69.99....rhe photo shows an official lego set it a box, however it's fraudulently advertised as it arrives in plastic bags with a instruction manual that is definitely not official lego. This is cheap knock off and alot of the pieces won't even stay together or don't fit at all. They have told me they have issued a refund but I cannot see it in any of my accounts. Trading standards need to be informed as this is false advertising at best and they are ripping people off by selling cheap imports from China as Real products. Avoid.

My order took a month to arrive. I received it today and it is not even the set that I ordered. It is clearly a cheaper, lower quality set. The pictures on their website are of a completely different set. Be careful of ordering from this store.

Same as others - paid £27 for a fake Jellycat teddy - had to pay £14 to return it and when I received my refund it was £3 short of the £21 teddy. This was two weeks ago now I have emailed every day and receive the same message - we will update you as soon as an update is available. Total scam.

Counterfeit Jellycat items being sold! False advertising - they have pics of the the real Jellycat item online but send fake items for Jellycat prices. I have reported this transaction to my bank who are reversing the charge and I reported it to Jellycat protection services, as perhaps they will be able to stop them. I also have a lawyer friend writing a letter. You must report like I have if you want something done. Good luck and I'm sorry we're all going through this.

I was sent fraudulent Jellycat soft toys. While they look real, the quality is not the same, and they have no tags on them. (They were packaged in a real-ish looking Jellycat bag that was also a fake. The ink was not as dark as on the real bag, and the font wasn't as thick.)

Just received a fake Jellycat. I normally check the websites before ordering but was in a hurry and wanted to replace a Jellycat my granddaughter had lost. It is very poor quality, the facial expression is poor and the soft fabric is cheap. No label so no idea what it has inside. In view of the other comments I will not waste my time on trying to return this. Companies like this should be closed down.

I did read some reviews before I purchased, but seems like despite my online experience I found the "fake positive" reviews claiming to be from Reviews.io which they embedded in their own site from 2022!!

Beware, their Jellycats are Jellyfakes. The item looks nothing like the pictures they show. The animals had their arms attached to the BACK of their bodies it was so badly made!!

They don't respond to the questions that you pose on email "we will check with warehouse and get back to you". Well done "Rin"... you're a champion at customer service.

Make sure if you purchase from them that you use a credit card from a reputable bank so you can claim the money back as a fake / counterfeit good.
