SCAM ALERT: Avoid Moongor at all costs.
This company is running a classic bait-and-switch operation.

I ordered a specific dress. What I received was not even close, cheap, incorrect, and clearly not what was advertised. When I contacted Moongor, they offered a partial refund if I kept the wrong item, or said I’d have to pay to return it myself to get a refund, even though it was their mistake.

I escalated to PayPal with full documentation, including photos and screenshots of the original order. They still sided with the seller unless I agreed to pay for the return shipping. That’s their loophole, and Moongor knows it.

This is a coordinated scam that abuses PayPal’s weak dispute system. You either lose your money or pay more to ship back something you never wanted in the first place.

Save yourself the stress. Moongor is not legitimate. And PayPal isn’t protecting buyers in these cases anymore. Be warned.

I strongly urge everyone NOT to order anything from Moongor.com. The products I received were nothing like what was advertised online, completely misleading descriptions and poor quality.

I made a purchase totaling $653.42 on January 24, 2025, and received the items on March 3, 2025. I returned $461.02 worth of items on March 7, 2025 within their return policy," even covering the international return shipping and duty fees out of my own pocket.

Despite following all their return procedures, I have been waiting over three months for a refund. They’ve done nothing but give endless excuses and have tried to negotiate in circles to avoid issuing my refund. It’s been an exhausting and frustrating experience, and I feel completely scammed.

Save yourself the time, money, and stress, DO NOT trust Moongor.com.

I placed an order on the Moongor website on Feb. 6, 2025 for 3 items for which I never received an order confirmation. I call them a week later asking for one, no response. I decide to cancel and file a dispute with my bank. Finally, on Mar. 25, I am sent 2 out of the 3 items which were nothing like what I ordered. I send them notice that I didn't want the items they sent since I already asked to cancel and besides, what they sent were nothing like what I ordered (including the 3rd one which finally arrived on Apr. 10). I pack the items and ask Moongor to send me a prepaid postage to mail the items on their expense. I never hear back.

When they provide evidence to my bank that they've fulfilled the service showing evidence from the mailing service they used, my bank resolves the case in their favor. I'm still pursuing and demanding another review, but this is a bitter lesson for me. I have ordered from them years ago and had good experience, but not this time. I no longer trust them and will avoid them like the plague if I were you.

Great service, products were as described.

Ordered a linen skirt value 56 euro,was looking forward for the item for holidays. Waited six weeks only to receive a pair of polyester trousers that I woooild not even wear as bed clothes. They delivered the wrong item, false advertsing, and only offered 20 percen refund.

After waiting two months, Moongor sent me the wrong item. When I asked for the return address and a full refund, this is the response I received:

1️⃣ Keep the item and gift it to someone who may appreciate it.
We will issue a 20% refund as a gesture of goodwill.
No return shipping required.

2️⃣ Proceed with return (if preferred):
Return shipping costs (approx. $50–70 USD) must be covered by you.
Ship to: [Guangdong Province, China].
Note: International returns carry risks of delays or loss in transit.

This is unreasonable. I strongly recommend buying from Shein instead—they have excellent customer service, unlike Moongor.

I ordered 10 items, the first order , 2 were ok, the others far too small, made for children and cheap bad quality fabric. The second half of my order of 5 items came after 6 weeks and was completely wrong. They had substituted other items in the same colour! I wrote to them to return but they offered me a 20% refund or to post them back for over AU$100 at my expense. Appalling. I do not recommend this company.

I have been a loyal Moongor customer for years, placing large orders and spending at least $500 per purchase. In the past, I had no issues with the quality or returns. However, my most recent experience has been a complete disaster.

The clothes I received were of terrible quality—damaged, poorly made, and nothing like what I had come to expect. When I reached out for a return, I was shocked by their response. Instead of issuing a full refund for the defective items, they offered me a pathetic $40 refund on a $300 order! Even worse, they refused to provide a return shipping label, essentially forcing me to either accept their lowball offer or eat the cost.

I have never in my life encountered a company that tries to negotiate how much of a refund they’ll allow for returning a bad product. It’s deceptive, unfair, and completely unacceptable.

If you’re thinking of shopping at Moongor, DON’T. They have gone completely downhill, and their customer service is a joke. Spend your money elsewhere on a company that actually values its customers.

This company is so ridiculous that I'd be laughing if it wasn't for the fact that I just lost €80 on cheap plastic China crap. Never ever buy from them.

The items I bought were not as described or pictured. The "cozy sweater" was polyester jacket I wouldn't wear around the house. It was hideous. Do not buy from them. Unless you like mostly synthetic fabric. You won't get what you ordered, and you have to pay for the shipping back to China. Otherwise you get 10% back.

All one star sharing here is what I’m exactly experiencing. They use all ways to postpone and make you cannot take immediate action to their tactic cheating. Stay away from this store

I’d give a negative number of stars if possible . Garment was advertised as 100% cotton . It’s 100%synthetic and awful. Here’s their response to my complaint: “Sorry for any inconvenience caused. At present, our goods can only be shipped after undergoing quality inspection, so we still guarantee the quality. In addition, if you choose to return the item, you will have to bear the shipping cost. Do you know”
I’m not sure what they’re saying but do feel sure postage to return would be more wasted money.

Horrible experience. The product on pictures are not matching reality at all. Do not waste your money and time.

if i could give it a 0 i would. also, i think they filter their reviews cos i’ve written one and it hasn’t shown up on the product page where it simply says there’s no review yet and “be the first to leave a review!” i bought a 2XL near knee-length / mid-thigh black coat that’s supposed to have brown detailing. what arrived was such cheap quality. no brown detailing, and the length was so short? should have been an M at most (i checked the tag on the coat itself and it was indeed “2XL”). truly abysmal for USD 70. what a scam. i hope people find the reviews in this website and don’t fall for moongor’s cheap tactics.

Scam! I don’t believe any reviews that said they ever received these products. They supposedly shipped it to me two times. And they sent me a fake link to track it. The tracking app is a fake website that wants to charge you a lot of money monthly.

The worst online shopping experience. I received the wrong shirt in an package that was unidentifiable. Nothing on it says moongor and I had no idea who it was from. A week later I get an email from moongor asking how I liked my purchase. After going back and forth for a few days of me saying I hadn't received it and them telling me it was delivered, I finally realized the mystery shirt and package was from them as they were able to retrieve photos of the package at my door. Okay, so that clarified the mystery package however the shirt I recieved was not the one I ordered. I am currently going back and forth with this company on a return/refund. First they were arguing with me about the item, saying they sent what I purchased. This was after I sent them a photo of the item I received which is a completely different style and color than the item I ordered. Now they are not standing by the return policy on their website of them footing the return shipping for an incorrect item. They are telling me I need to pay to send it back for a full refund. Or I can keep it for a partial refund. And they're offering my coupons for next time. As if there will be a next time. I have never had so much trouble trying to return something I did not order. I also tried posting a review on my purchase. Despite selecting one star, typing a negative review, my review got posted with 5 stars. This company is a joke. I'm aware I may never get my $60 dollars back or the time I've wasted trying to justify my return/refund.

Over priced for what you truly get , very cheaply made and very difficult to return ideas from China.
