Promised V-Class, but not delivered
Marketed as “VIP”, but in practice only suitable for very simple fixed transfers.
In our experience, there was a clear lack of transparency regarding additional charges. Waiting fees were applied despite advance notice, without being clearly explained beforehand.
After notifying a schedule change in advance, the driver initially confirmed a revised time, but this was later rejected, with the explanation that drivers have no authority and additional charges would apply under “industry rules”.
There were also inconsistencies between what was presented and what was actually provided. We were informed that both vehicles would be Mercedes V-Class, yet in reality only one was a V-Class while the other was replaced with a different model.
Communication was difficult to manage, with multiple voice messages and a tone that added pressure rather than helping to resolve the situation, making the overall experience more tense and complicated.
We eventually had to find another provider at short notice to secure our programme.
Overall, this did not match the level of service expected from a “VIP” transport, particularly for international or event-based bookings requiring flexibility, transparency, and clear communication.
