Counterfeit Product / Fraud
The shoes I have bought for 125€ in December 2025 are very likely counterfeit UGG Lowmel.
• Incorrect sizing: the size is much smaller and does not match the same size tried in an official UGG store.
• Poor-quality synthetic fur that crumbles and sheds, which is completely inconsistent with genuine UGG products.
• Extremely stiff sole, uncomfortable and lacking the flexibility of authentic UGG footwear.
• Invalid QR code: the QR code on the label does not lead to any website, which is a clear sign of a fake product.
Due to the very poor quality, major defects, and the lack of any official verification, this product is not authentic.
I strongly advise against buying from this seller and consider this a case of fraud.

I ORDERED A SHOES AND WHEN I RECEIVED IT AFTER FEW WEEKS OF LATE I FOUND THAT IS A FAKE SHOES!
AFTER TALKING TO THEIR SUPPORT THEY SAYING THAT IS NOT FAKE AND I HAVE TO PAY FOR SEND BACK THE PARCEL AND THEN AFTER MAYBE I CAN GET A REFUND ...
I SAW THEN THEY SCAMMED MANY PEOPLES ON THE PAST!!!

THIS WEBSITE IS TOTALLY A FRAUD NEVER BUY FROM THEM!
EVEN IF THEY SEND YOU THE ORDER YOU CAN KNOW IT WILL BE FAKE SHOES...
POLAND POLICE HAVE BEEN INFORMED WILL GET SOMES NEWS ABOUT THE CASE SOON...

We ordered shoes on November 29. The whole time the parcel was not tracked. A robot answered our messages. Only 13 days later I received a message that my parcel was on its way to me. I received my order on December 13. The goods were of excellent quality. But I don’t know if it was worth waiting so long, being nervous and worried or if you were cheated out of your money, because it is very strange that the parcel from Poland to Denmark takes so long…. They really have problems with delivery. I advise them to change the supplier.

I bought a pair of uggs on 19 nov.
4 weeks later and it still did not leave the country. No track and trace, no refund. Look like they dont care, because they dont give you any information.
Don't order from here!!

I ordered a uggs sneakers on October 28 and until now I don't receive my order, until yesterday I keep on asking to refund my money or to send me my order and nothing. It is a terrible experience, I feel robbed.

i ordered before checking reviews, people said it was a scam, I got scared but I got my shoes, Jordan 4 white thunder, perfect condition and as promised

I dont get any opdates on delivery but u get the product in god condition
