I have been trying to get an update on who to meet for my gear drop. Drop is advertised within an hour, it has been 20 days and nobody from the company can tell me the name of the person I am suppose to friend request let alone when it will happen.
Giving it until Monday, if nothing I will decline the charge, company seems incredibly unorganized

However my personal experience is that I didn’t know name of account which I have to befriend maybe I missed it but when I chatted with the support team i had to ask couple times about that it’s only minor issue
