Sent in my floor plans to help get sized for the right system, sent me a quote, after placing the order my system was shipped out the next day. Tech support even helped me setup my Ecobee thermostat and they didnt have to. This is a great company to work with, you should be a manager Ugene!

Without a doubt these guys are at the top of the industry in costs and customer service, I ordered a Goodman dual fuel system but didn't order the right furnace so instead of sending me the wrong unit they emailed me and said in looking at the condenser and coil I purchased this wasn't the proper furnace and then sent me a link to the correct one and shipped my order out next day, in this day and age these types of people are hard to find, great company with integrity thanks to Steven. I am a beyond satisfied customer!!!!!!

Steven was great to work with. I work in disaster area rebuilding. We buy mini splits from mini split systems direct for homes that we rebuild after fires. We have installed the mrcool systems in 10 different homes anywhere from single zone to five zones, the products they carry are great, and customer service is fantastic every time. We plan on purchasing 8 more units this season.

I ran into some issues that I created myself and Steve at Mini Split Systems Direct tech support was awesome. He listened and responded to what I said and solved the issue on the phone. This is our second unit from them and customer support has been great every time. Thank you Sam Tony.

I was a little apprehensive about buying a Pioneer System as I've always gone with with Mitsubishi or Fujitsu, but I want to reassure those of you reading this review that Pioneer and Mini Split Systems Direct has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The quality of this system is excellent, I ran into a few installation issues but Mini Split Systems Direct(Jon and Devon, you guys are awesome!) worked with me to get everything installed correctly.

Something else of note about their customer service, whenever I did call them I was never on hold for longer than a couple of minutes. I have called some of the larger companies, only to be on hold for over 45 minutes. All in all, I am extremely happy with the performance of the unit, but it was the customer service that won me over. Kudos Mini Split Systems Direct!

I was looking for filters for my HD56 Sentinel dehumidifier. They're hard to find but, we're readily available with Mini Split direct and at a reasonable price. I'll be back.

Ordered a system from them. Didn't get a shipping notice for 8 days even though they promised 3. Tried 5-6 times to talk to somebody. Then they cancelled my order out of the blue with no email, no warning, nothing.

No nonsense sale. Best price online (no tax even) and free fast shipping with lift gate. Unit was everything I needed. Used a local pro to install for $3k and still probably saved 1/2 off full service sale and install. No problem with registering warranty and hoping it doesn’t break anytime soon. 18 seer ducted mini split 4ton.

My wife and I are very happy with our MRCOOL mini split system. Our sun room is no bearable. Shipping was fast, and communication has been great. They respond or call you back when you need them too. You have earned my business for a lifetime.

Our ac recently stopped working and we found ourselves in need of a replacement. The technicians in our area were quoting us for way too much so we decided to try fixing the issue ourselves. We called in and after sending over our floor plans they spec'd us for 3 Zone Pioneer 36,000 BTU system and we could not be happier. It was a DIY mini split so did the install ourselves with the help of my brother who has experience installing air conditioners. We did run into a few issues during the install but after a 30 minute phone call with mini split systems direct we got it all resolved. Great tech support! They followed up with us a week later to see how we were doing. Great customer service!
