Growth Promised, Support Missing
I had high hopes for this company, but my experience has been disappointing. There is a clear lack of transparency and fairness when it comes to promotions and internal opportunities. Decisions don’t always appear to be based on performance or experience, which makes growth feel limited.
What stood out most was the lack of professionalism from management. Instead of feeling supported, I often felt undermined and dismissed. Concerns around compensation and career development were not taken seriously, which created a discouraging environment.
Overall, leadership accountability seems inconsistent, and company values like growth and transparency are not reflected in daily operations. If the company truly wants to improve, it would benefit from listening to former employees to better understand what’s really happening internally and show a genuine commitment to change.
