The MegaWatt representative attended my home. He carried out a solar survey to confirm the location of the property to the position of the sun throughout the year to confirm suitability.
He walked me through the site requirements for the supply and installation of two alternate systems.
One a small system suitable for my existing needs and the recommended system. The other a medium system with future head room for my future needs, which I chose for the installation.
The install team attend site on time and as planned. They carried out the install in reasonable efficient time. Clean up of site and removal of all packaging.
I was given an understandable operational and maintenance requirement demonstration.
Very happy with the overall process.

The company provided an informative and detailed proposal and a competitive quotation for a quality product.
The installation was conducted by a professional and friendly team in a consultative and competent manner.
After sales advice was friendly and helpful.
