The worst! Impossible to get through to them on the phone!! And they never call you when they text you that they will!

I've been having Medley Pharmacy deliver my HUMIRA prescription for the past year. This is a medicine that MUST be kept cold. On their first delivery, in summer 2020, it was delivered in a flimsy cold pack that was completely melted, and the medicine was warm. I had to refuse it -- they replaced it the next day. But the van that delivered it didn't even have a cooler. However, I gave it a second chance and all other deliveries were ok.

But this month (Sept. 2022), just before my delivery came due, I called them just to check -- and they said they had no supplies of HUMIRA!!! No notification or anything -- I had to accidentally find out for myself! So I transferred the prescription to CVS. It comes very well packaged, in an insulated cooler!

I would not trust Medley, and they are not professional.

My dermatologist uses this pharmacy, and Im very satisfied with their service. Excellent service & communication from beginning to end! And they are able to provide coupons for expensive name brand prescriptions.

Put my order in on a Friday. They tried to get the best price since my insurance didn’t cover a copay. Wednesday they gave me a discount. Delivered Thursday in the time slot they gave me. Very efficient even though I live in Queens!

I absolutely love love love Medley Pharmacy. The convenience of having your prescriptions delivered to your home especially at a time like this, is so much more needed. I love the customer service and the driver was very courteous and on time. Although I missed his call because I was downstairs at the time, he still rang my bell... and when I answered I was shocked to see that he was there. Thank you MEDLY Pharmacy for being my hero. I highly recommend this pharmacy. The staff is friendly, attentive, and patient. The delivery person was on time, kind, and practiced contact free delivery smoothly. This pharmacy has always been great and they are continuing to do a wonderful job during this difficult time.

Pharmacy calls to ask if you would like to have your prescription delivered. Prescription could be set up for next day delivery. Driver calls when he’s close by; in my case 10 minutes away. Prescription is delivered and you don’t miss a step in your daily living.

I usually refill my prescriptions through Walgreens but they were backed up 3 weeks for delivery! My doctor recommended Medly. Within 2 days, someone delivered my prescription to my apartment. Medly was so transparent from the beginning and their customer service was phenomenal! Can't wait to continue using this service.
