I have given a lot of personal details in their questionnaire to add 1 box of medications to the basket. 3 days later there is no approval or disapproval for the purchase. I have send an email to ask for an update and didn't get any reply. If you need urgent medication, avoid them as they don't take you seriously and don't reply ....don't waste your time with this website.

Would be zero if a choice . Paid extra for express delivery .. still waiting !!!

The telephone number provided upon their web page no longer exists.
Placed an order for medication, cannot get passed the shopping cart, so cannot place order.
Awful service, would certainly not recommend.

This compnay is not an honest organization. They will offer you a intructory price of $99.00 and then not send you anything! They will wait a month and then charge you the full price of $297.00 and then send you what they call a full 5.ml or 10ml vial and clearly its not. I received 1 box of 2.5mg and paid almost $700.00. Its a scam ad trickery is their game. My neighbor paid $99.00 for three months . My wife was charged $199.00 for three months and I was charged 297.00. Scam at its best. I have the facts

The pricing of this company is exorbitant
An item here is more than twice the price then you have to add VAT plus P&P.

website does not work no reply to emails.after entering medication required got nowhere next stage requesting online consultation wrote several emails requesting guidance not the courtesy of a reply most other similar websites mostly the same

I open account as requested with plenty unnecessary personal details , added medicine to basket , that worked well but at checkout website crashed every time I tried to pay , I did give up after third try .

Contacted customer service no help at all .

Ordered medication on 1st september several e mails sent one reply saying that order would be chased up by a prescriber now 7th September still nothing no communication from them.The phone number isn't connected so not able to contact them by phone absolutely shocking customer service.I needed a asthma inhaler fortunately I ordered from another pharmacy and received it in a few days please do not use this pharmacy i will be reporting them to the General pharmaceutical Council if I don't get my money back or the order sent out i will also be asking my bank to investigate for fraudulent activity.

Shocking, order not fulfilled. SCAM refusing me a refund and not sent out my order. Stay far away from this FAKE business

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! Received no product or even tracking number. After communications being ignored, it took the threat of police, solicitors and medical boards to get a refund only after being able to hunt out an email address from their alleged supplier. A scam, no doubt.

Only received half of my order regardless of them taking the full payment. Attempts to get a reply from them have gone unanswered. I would never use this service again.
