Terrible Design From Top to Bottom
Our company uses Prisma and the whole suite of products has been an exceptional waste of time, money, and resources for my entire department. I haven't heard a single good word about the platform in my department of nearly 700 people. I have, however, heard the complaints and frustrations out of every mouth that's opened about the software. I've seen the light leave the eyes of every planner, activator, and practitioner in our company when the name "Mediaocean" ripples through the air and hits their ears.
Prisma itself is all but unusable at times, the workflow makes reading the entire US legal code seem like a cakewalk, and the support tools through the "Daisy" platform have less functionality than a McDonald's Point of Sale system. Stay away if you can, and if you can't, pray for mercy to whatever gods, benevolent entities, and giant spaghetti monsters you can think of.
