The service is very good. But takes 6 weeks. I am assuming the tape transfer takes place abroad hence the long delay OR, they collect up the tapes and wait until they have sufficiant to "batch up". But they all get returned in the end you just have to patient

As an 82 year old former member of a small choral group back in the 1970's I thank you for transferring my 52 year old Scotch tape recording on to CD. Although the original recording was very poor your CD has however helped to revive old memories of a very special time in my life. Thank you.
