Day before Christmas Eve, I called my local butchers to deliver meat needed for Christmas day cooking but they were fully booked. I don't drive and with this new Covid Varient don't like to go out using public transport. So, did some research on Google and found Meat Shop Drop. I dropped them a message via their online Web chat and also WhatsApp and they confirmed they could deliver my order the following day before 1pm. The level of service and professionalism was 10/10. They confirmed my order and despatch using email and WhatsApp chat. They also notified me on the day of my Parcel force tracking number and estimated time of delivery. When my order arrived, it was well packaged, with cooler pouches to keep my meat cold and fresh. The meat was not frozen and soft to the touch. My boneless meat and lamb chops were cut to the perfect sizes as requested and all looked super fresh and tender. They also threw in a complimentary bottle of Pink Himalayan Salt, which was such a lovely gesture. I am super happy with the service start to end. They responded to all messages promptly and politely. I cannot fault them on anything. Only one point to raise is prices are slightly expensive compared to my local butchers, but the convenience of ordering online and getting next day delivery, as well as fresh, succulent, top quality meat, outweighs the extra total cost paid. I will definitely order from here again and highly recommend them.

I was desperate for some halal meats and upon asking, they were able to deliver the next day. They kept me updated on my order via WhatsApp and we’re very friendly. The packaging was done very cleanly. The bag inside the box was sealed perfectly and sure enough there were no spills too. The meat and chicken were also of good quality and will definitely recommend them to others.

From point of order the cusotmer service was 5 star and surely did arrive the next evening well packaged and boxed. It was a big order and we are very far north so was worried but would recommend in future thanks!
