Very dodgy company! had a very bad experience with them..just be aware ......they are NOT honest and will try to SCAM you ..if they can... please DO NOT USE THEM!

Looks like my phone has been stolen. I have the certificate of posting, which I have e mailed, twice, and had no reply. Will claim through Post Office, but would never use or recommend this company. Think they bag the phones and sell on, funding a small number t keep the scam going. Would like to be proved wrong!

My revised valuation was accepted on 5th Nov, I am still awaiting payment 5 days later. They state same day payment, very unhappy customer and although I have emailed several times and tried to phone (no answer each attempt) I have heard nothing. Will never use this company again 😤

Well I sent phone it was well packaged and in good condition. Yet I get an email saying it was scratched and back was lifting so they knocked the price down .
I decided to accept price but am still waiting on payment, they don't answer emails and when I phoned they said payment would be made in 2hrs .
But still waiting

Sent my phone in for testing, accepted the offered price (lower than originally offered), and two weeks later I'm still waiting for my 'same day' payment.
Their website will not recognise my password, and it will not allow me to reset either so I cannot check any details.

My phone was in excellent condition. Had a case and screen protector on from the day it came out of the box. I was offered half of the original price quoted. After then reading the reviews I chose to just except the lower offer as I couldn't be bothered with the hassle of trying to get it back. Took me 3 days of emails and phone calls to eventually get the money. In future I will only be trading in Face to Face

Please do not use! Reported to trading standards.

I sent my iPhone to them and received an email stating they had got my phone on the 13th October and would be in touch shortly with next steps. (Website states payment is made the same day).
I hadn’t received any payment and tried to call them but no one answers the phone. I emailed on the 26th October and had a reply stating my query would be passed onto the testing department. Still no payment and no contact from them. I have emailed several times and tried calling to no avail.

Sent off my phone a week ago, they emailed to say they have received my phone, still haven’t received my payment, been calling/emailing them no response.

AVOID THIS BUNCH OF SCAMMERS! They are stealing peoples phones and pretending they don't know anything about it! Reporting this company to the hrmc!

Cannot get hold of this company to find out why I still haven’t been paid for my handset that they received almost 3 weeks ago! Will be reporting to trading standards if I don’t get a response as judging from the other reviews I shouldn’t be too optimistic

Had a reply to my original review stating that my phone had dents in it and major scratches. It was in fantastic condition with no dents. I spoke to someone there who said the screen did not have cracks in it which they gave as an excuse to reduce the value of the phone. They said they would send me a re-evaluation but still not heard anything. This is what they state on the website as Working:

Powers on and off
Fully functional
Working LCD/Touch Screen
No water damage
Battery included
Minor wear and tear accepted
No deep scratches and extremes signs of wear and tear
Have not be repaired or dismantled

THEY DO NOT MENTION THE LIFE OF THE BATTERY!!!!!!!!! JUST AN EXCUSE TO DE VALUE THE PHONE. THIS COMPANY NEEDS REPORTING!!!! DO NOT USE

Phone sent in excellent condition, no scratches at it had been in a case the whole time. Battery fully working. They emailed my today to state that the phone had major scratches and needs a new battery. Absolute joke of a company. They even want to charge me to return the phone but looking at some of the reviews I doubt I will even get it back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Price reduced on receipt by half despite phone being in mint condition. Requested phone back but not received after 3 weeks. Now contacting trading standards. Do not use.

Unfortunately I decided to give these guys a try despite there being some negative feedback. My phone was immaculate and I had pictures and video to back this up. However within an hour of receiving my phone I got an email stating it was damaged and in poor condition. They then reduced my offer by £45 almost a 3rd of the offer quoted.
I knew beyond doubt that the phone was immaculate so I asked them to return it. They said I needed their bank details to send them the cost of postage. 4 email and one facebook message later I still do not have their bank details or my phone. They appear to be ignoring me. Please do not use this company as they are dishonest and untrustworthy.

Sellers Beware! You may find that the price advertised for the purchase of your phone is not the price paid. My wife's phone was in excellent condition, but M&C claimed the screen was scratched - even though the original screen protection film was still in place! Other reviewers suggest that this seems to be one of the firm's favourite ruses. We were offered twenty five percent less than the estimated price. and wouldn't use M&C again.

Took forever, offered a lot less - £55 less, barely any contact, got phone back after 6 weeks of faffing about, save yourself the aggro and use someone else.....

Never use this company!! I sent my phone over 2 weeks ago I had a email to say they had received my phone and nothing since! I have sent multiple emails and tried calling the number on there website and no response on either!

Avoid sent in phone without charger as the terms state you dont have to! phone was quoted as £38 then an email to quote £8 as there was an accessory missing! Reluctantly accepted the £8 and got nothing so far. I think they will get people on that little detail
