Ordered April 12 and have yet to receive any shipping confirmation. I would think twice about ordering from them as no communication and no updates on my order. It’s been 3 weeks and no news.

Paid for 2 containers of conditioner 3 weeks ago no shipping confirmation no delivered items. Messaged 3 times with no response, ridiculous. Buyer Beware I was also charged for shipping. Total scam

Did not receive my order, neither my refund. Terrible experience
I've made an order on the 29th of November, payment confirmed and everything, I wait and it's only shipped on the 5th of December which was late but I said, okay, no problem with that. From the 5th my shipment status is not changing, I wrote to the only email address there and I receive an email sending me the same tracking link which I have and that says your order is on its way, 10 days after or more, I did not receive anything, neither the order status changes, I email again asking for a refund and nobody is answering me! I called and nobody answers the phone.

The shopping experience is a nightmare
The shopping experience is a nightmare, placed an order of 250 euros 2 moths ago, shared them on instagram and by email without success. they barely answer the messages and they keep on saying that they are processing the order.
A bunch of incompetent people till today no visibility on my order or on how I can have my money back.

I love it! First time using the line Mono. I had many decolorations so after I have to pay for keratin treatments… The first time I used the cream I felt the difference! They look soooo hydrated!!! I’ve just made other command for more products!!! Totally recommend 💕

This product is just amazing. I saw a result from the very first use, my hair felt so fresh and smooth and healthy. Add that to the amazing smell that your hair will have. I just love it, I used the Monoi and will try Oud this time. Best of luck
