Wonderful customer service

I ordered a set of 5 silver bracelets. After one day, 2 of them broke; I then reached out to customer service. WoW ! Emma is a wonderful customer service representative for that company; she immediately reached out to apologize, asked for pictures, which I sent. She noticed that the bracelets broke at the same place. She told me she would send back the bracelets. I thought she meant the 2 broken ones; but no, I received a complete set of 5 bracelets !!! I never felt left out. I felt understood and cared for. The customer service is something they could teach big corporations about, because it is the best I have encountered buying something on line.

“SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!”

“SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!”
Received the item, NOTHING like the advertised items AT ALL!! The item received is cheap, nasty, plastic and worked for 6 nights then the light inside failed. Have attempted to contact on numerous occasions with zero response.
They are fraudsters and are laughing all the way to their bank.

I too have done what everyone else has…

I too have done what everyone else has done. Thought it was a legitimate company selling quality products. I haven’t received my order yet and it’s been 5 weeks, tried to contact them with no reply. Once I contacted my bank and disputed the transaction they then started sending e-mails to me. Please contact your bank if you have also fallen to this scam company and dispute the transaction. Just because you made the transaction doesn’t mean you can’t dispute it.
They have since changed their name unfortunately and probably selling the same dodgy stuff.

Maria-Jewellerys SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE

***PLEASE BEWARE***

**THIS IS A SCAM!!!!**

I wouldn't even give a 1 star rating, but couldn't move on without one.

**Please do not purchase**

They send cheap and nasty plastic pieces of crap that look nothing like they do on their site, then will not respond to emails requesting a refund or reporting the item.
It was only when I lodged a complaint with my bank, they contacted me from a completely different email address, stating they did not receive my initial email and sometimes they go to the junk or spam folder.
Now all of a sudden they are responsive!
The email address I have been telling them how disgusting what they are doing is completely different to the email address they provide. Unfortunately I am unable to provide these as trustpilot do not allow email addresses in their reviews.
My advice is to lodge a dispute with your bank, they will act on your behalf to get your money back and then this fraudulent organisation will get in touch and tell you they take matters like this seriously, the initial email may have gone to junk/spam.... you name it they are using it and they are also using Chat GPT to respond, so it seems like they are being professional, but like I said, this correspondence only began after I lodged a complaint with my bank.
Prior to that they ignored me too.

Scam, scam, scam

My German shepherd lamp is nothing like advertised, small, plastic not glass, something rattling inside, not fully sealed, so very angry that scammers can get away with this and not bear consequences. Cannot contact.

Not Same Cat

I ordered the leadlight cat and when I received it, it looked nothing like what was on the picture. I have tried to get in contact with the seller 3 times now, but, she is not answering my emails. The cat leadlight that was sent to me, looks like it was purchased from Temu and very poor quality. If that is the case, then I want a full refund. I went searching for the cat I saw, and it was on Temu and was only $20 and I paid $69.99. I will take this to Fair Trade and try to get my money back. This person is a ripoff merchant. I am sorry I even purchased from this them. I am very upset as this was supposed to be a gift for my daughter, and it wasn't what was supposed to be sent. Extremely dissapointed.

stained glass lamp is just cheap Plastic

Very disapointed in my purchase.
The lamps I ordered are nothing as described on the website. They are small plastic lamps no bigger than the plam of my hand. there is no way they are worth the $300 they list them as and even marked down by 75% to $75 they are a rip off.

I wouldnt pay more than $5 for these if I saw them in a store if I even bought one.

There is nothing stained glass about them even when litup.

Not to mention I only received half of my order.

I will not be buying from this seller again and have requested a full refund.

Follow up- I have not had any reply from tyhis company about their refund policy.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered 2 items the next day saying…

I ordered 2 items the next day saying shipping then couple days after that get a email saying that there’s a delay plus I’ve sent numerous emails with no response at all. They say that it was with Australia Post BUT when I typed the tracking number into the Australia Post to check the status it can’t be tracked as it’s an international tracking number. So if they are in Sydney why is it coming from internationally.
I’ve requested a refund and still no response be careful

Absolutely disgraceful and shouldn’t be…

Absolutely disgraceful and shouldn’t be trading or in business, these guys are a complete joke and scam. The product I received is nothing like they described and I paid 70% off and it still cost me $70. What I received was some cheap plastic knock off and not the glass stained cat I thought I was buying or described on their website.

Don’t buy from these guys at all, please!!

SCAM WEBSITE - IMPERSONATING A REAL BUSINESS

WARNING: This website, maria-jewellerys.com, is a fraudulent operation. The products are cheap, counterfeit items shipped from Asia, not Sydney as they claim. They are impersonating a real, family-owned store in South Africa called "Maria's Jewellery". I have confirmed this with the legitimate owners. Do not buy from them. You will not get what you ordered and they will refuse a proper refund. Report them and initiate a chargeback with your bank immediately.
