Scammers. I purchased the Luna Bump three days ago, I received no confirmation email with shipment tracking link, but instead more emails marketing their products. After reaching out to them 5 times, the only thing I get are AI- generated emails from a "Mila" saying her manager "Emma" will take over the issue...and that's it. No one else is reaching out, or replying to my emails or messages in instagram, no confirmation of the purchase, no tracking link... and yet the payment is complete. This is a rather accurate definition of SCAM.

Mamma bump corset has been very supportive and comfortable post partum, I’m able to wear it all day giving me extra support. Their customer service is also great and I’ve been able to swap sizes very smoothly.

Had a great experience with Mamma Bump. I bought a breast pump, waist band and a nursing bra. All are easy, simple to use and of good quality. Will definitely be referring them to friends and family.

MammaBump has excellent customer service, they have been great help in getting me the correct size for postpartum belt. I would recommend.

Don't waste your money on the breast pumps.
Useless and not pumping anything.
Was nightmare not being able to pump out.
Get tomee tippee breast pumps instead that are amazing and are cheaper than this rubbish product!

I ordered the wearable breast pumps. They were reasonably quick to arrive, however after using them regularly for 6 weeks they've stopped working

The customer Service from Mamma Bump has been fantastic. My mum ordered me the wrong size in soothing briefs and they were happy to exchange for me free of charge to make sure I had the right size right away. The quality of items; briefs, breast pump, milk collectors is excellent. Definitely recommend for new mums who may be a little unsure of what they need. :)

Customer service has been responsive, and has proactively provided solutions to concerns raised. It's nice to be heard, but also have queries or exchange requests adhered to politely and responsively.

I ordered the postpartum belly band it came fairly quick I ordered pre pregnancy size and was a little too tight so i contacted customer services to order a bigger size and they were fast with reply and was a lot of help I do recommend sizing up can’t wait to start my journey with the belly band

I recently ordered the Post-Partum Belly Band. The product delivers what it claims to be which is very supportive to my baby pooch after my C-section. The velcro grip and the elasticity of the band really shows it is of good quality. Although the product I have received did not quite fit despite following the size guide, the team really did great in resolving the matter. I suggest to all mammas to size up on this as it falls on the smaller range. Hopefully the shipping of the new size doesn’t take long as the first one. Thank you MammaBump! ❤️

I ordered both a pregnancy support belt and a postpartum belt. The sizes I initially received were a little small; however, the company offers a convenient and flexible resizing option, which definitely deserves a 5-star rating. Their customer service was prompt and responsive to my email, and I’m looking forward to receiving the correct sizes.

I recently purchased the postpartum belly band, the hot and cold rectangular gel pouch insert, and the Snuggle Cloud baby lounger, and I’m genuinely impressed with the quality of each item. Everything feels thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and made with care. The materials are soft yet supportive, and you can tell the products are created with postpartum recovery in mind.

The only issue I experienced was with the soothing briefs, which were a bit bigger than I expected. However, the team was incredibly responsive and helpful when I reached out. Their communication was prompt, professional, and reassuring, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

I ordered the postpartum wellbeing bundle and pregnancy support belt. The support belt is excellent -very comfortable with an adjustable strap that provides great support.I have not used the post partim support belly belt and short briefs yet, but so far i am very happy with my purchase.
