Huge disappointment!!!!
I don't want to give them even half a star. I ordered with them on 10Apr and so far nothing, not even a message to say that the order is delayed. No response to any emails or messages. There is no phone number to reach them. I wish there was somewhere we could complain about fraudulent websites that are fleecing people of their monies.

The worst experience ever. I placed order 2 weeks ago, didn't receive anything yet. Customer service is the worst, whenever follow up with them keep sending the same message. I will never ever buy anything from them again.
Do not use this App. Totally SCAM

put 3 orders in with them over the course of 3 months. never got any of them. complete and total scam. even the email is a scam. when I go to click on my order it redirects me away from any information.

I ordered on 4th of April and until now I didn't receive the order and keep on saying that it's on transit.
The delivery company informed me that they didn't receive anything from them and when I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money they said we can't cancel.
Don't use this app and don't buy from them!

I don’t like their service at all, already waiting my purchase more like 10 days and they don’t even follow up. Can not get any updates about my purchase and when I will get it if I will get it

it is a scam company.
I've never received my order and they refused to refun saying they are having issues with the border.
Scam. No phone number, just a chatbot. I lost my money and never got the products.

There is no contact with this company at all, so if your parcel gets lost, they can't even find it

I placed an order on makeup.ae and it never arrived. The website is gone.

Placed an 26th Feb, few days later there website is down. Can not connect with them, tired facebook and instagram. There’s no contact us email or phone number. Do not use!!!

package came perfectly!! only issue was that it was a late… they had products i couldn’t find anywhere else

Recently purchased items for the first time from makeup. Had major issues with courier company on mis-deliveries. Viktoriia Shapovalova, a customer support specialist at makeup was exemplary in her follow up with the courier company to ensure successful delivery of product.

Received my order in Great condition. Original products.

Awful! My package is nowhere near to be found and no one is replying! Made an order 18th of November. They promised to deliver until 26th of November. It already passed and the order hasn’t even been sent yet!

It was all going well with this company until it came to delivery. They delivered my product to a different address and to a person that was not the intended recipient. They didn't bother to check the name or cross check the telephone number.
When I ask for my product they keep replying with the same email 'your email has been forwarded to our claims department'.
This is an absolute tragedy. Stay away at your own risk.
