**Scam Company – Stay Away!**

Five months after cancelling my membership, this company suddenly charged me **€498 without my authorization or consent**.

This is completely unacceptable and feels like outright fraud. To make matters worse, their customer support is completely unresponsive. They ignore my messages and refuse to provide any explanation or refund.

I have already reported this company to **Consumer Protection, the FBI, and the Cybercrime Authorities**.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company. Be extremely careful before sharing your payment details with them. I will not let this matter go until I receive my money back.

I joined the 4.8 dollar trial and cancelled after, then was charged 98 euros following month, and i have no susbcription there at all. Support is not answering me either. THIS IS A SCAM!

I wish I could give them a zero star, I purchased their basic plan, paid the invoice, but they didnt activate my subscritpion. Still showing trial. No credits. I reached out to their support team. They assign someone named danial one day ago. Its been a day he has not been responded. How worst can it be? They running google ads to aquire customer, they have a trust pilot page, they are receiving bad reviews and yet here we are.

I strongly advise against using this service. It claims to be an easy-to-use application, but it is completely dysfunctional, and customer support completely ignores all emails.

Afterward, I checked Mails.so on Trustpilot... and well... I should have known.

However, out of sheer principle, I am not going to let this go. Trustpilot should even add a special warning banner to alert users.

Scammers, be careful. Took my money and the service doesnt even work and wouldnt let me cancel my subscription. Close this website down

I originally signed up for what I believed was a $1 monthly plan. However, to my surprise, my subscription was changed to a $500 plan the very next day, even though I never intentionally selected or agreed to such a plan.

I stopped using the service a long time ago, but I was recently charged again through an automatic renewal. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I could not find any option to cancel my subscription. There was no visible cancellation button or any clear way to stop future recurring payments.

I have contacted the company and requested a refund, but I am still waiting for a resolution. I have also reported the issue to Stripe and my bank because I believe the billing process lacks transparency.

Based on my personal experience, I recommend that anyone considering this service carefully review the subscription terms and monitor their payment method closely before signing up.

The worst service ever, works well in the beginning, then starts crashing, and even the support isn't there, they're on vacation for months, maybe.

We purchased a Mailso subscription and used the service strictly according to their stated claims and intended use. Despite this, our account was suddenly banned without clear explanation.

The most concerning issue is that after the ban, we were unable to remove our card details from their system. We attempted multiple times to contact their support team to resolve this and request clarification, but received no response.

A service that takes payment, blocks access without transparency, and then becomes unresponsive while still retaining customer payment information raises serious trust and compliance concerns.

We would strongly advise others to be cautious before subscribing, especially when it comes to billing control and customer support responsiveness.

There is no support at all. All support ticket have been ignored and never been answered.

This is the worst support ever, the site has been down for days and the support isn't responding at all. I have to look for something more trustworthy than this fake business.

Their service only works for validating 1 email at a time. When you want to do more than that you have to pay, and when you do, the bulk email verifier feature DOES NOT WORK. I have tried all methods multiple times, it just gets stuck in validation mode and after a while fails, no matter the file size.

Also, I have to date not received ANY replies to my support tickets... I have written to them multiple times, no answer.

This is not a serious company, I advice not to purchase anything from them.

I tried to validate 17,000 emails at once, but it didn't work at all. I also tried to search for emails with an email finder, but that didn't work either. Can you explain all this? It's my first time using it, and I'm frustrated, even though with Lumrid I can get this service for free for 1,000 emails. Here, I tried 147 emails and it didn't even work. I purchased the Pro plan and saw that it was discounted from 48 USD down to 4.8 USD for the first month. However, when I made the payment, I was still charged 48 USD (two transactions: one for 4.8 USD and another for 43.2 USD).
But for 20 days after, no one support me

Ones star is already more then they deserve to explain this trash of a tool and people who run this scam wrapped in pretty paper. (fake data, inaccurate, no real verification happening)

Unable to cancel the subscription.
I opened a case 7 days ago before the renewal takes places to inform them, yet they charged my card and no one has responded.
Will have to do a chargeback.

Fishy!! I almost went to subscribe, then see it's $98 month , not $4.90.

They advertising that it's $4.90 month.

Scam. The files they send is the same file i started with and eats up your credit. Support does NOT answer and you have to figure it out on your own or just leave. SCAM

this software not working properly .. when i am uploading list it says list is in queue but after some time it get failed... so even after paying them i am not able to validate my emails ... and support is 0. no one replies even after 20 days of wating
