Scam Company! Charged Over $200, Postcards Never Mailed, and No Response.

I paid Mailjoy over $200 for a postcard campaign, but the postcards were never sent. I contacted the company for help and received no response or explanation. The phone number is inactive and no response by email from the company or the owner who apparently has a bunch of startups (looks like this one has been abandoned).
I was charged for a service that was not completed, and the lack of customer support has made the situation even more frustrating.

You should avoid Mailjoy based on my experience. I am still seeking a full refund from my bank for the campaign that was never mailed.

No response despite many attempts to get help via online (website) support ticket and direct email. I am pretty sure my mailing didn't send and the card was still charged. Hopefully this will alert them and they deem our project and issues worthy of a response.

Exactly what I need. I use it for personal use to send out holiday/Christmas letters to family and friends. I only wish they mailed stuff abroad. Even if it cost a little extra, since I have a few family members and friends who live in various parts of the world. But other than that, the service is fantastic and the post cards are great! The site itself can be a bit slow and sometimes it has a few glitches. But as for the mailing everything, I have no issues!

I designed the cards online (which was easy), and then they handled everything else—printing, importing my simple spreadsheet of addresses, applying postage, and mailing the cards. From a convenience standpoint, it was outstanding.
What surprised me most, though, was the quality. I honestly did not expect the cards to look that good. They were beautiful—far better than anything I’d used before. Based on that alone, I would absolutely trust Mailjoy for any future printing and mailing needs.
The value was incredible. When I reached the final checkout screen, I fully expected to see extra fees—setup charges, mailing fees, handling costs, you name it. None of that. The final price was clear, fair, and honestly shocking in the best way.
To be fair, there are a few areas that could improve: clearer delivery expectations, faster responses to customer emails, and a slightly more intuitive website. That said, none of those issues outweighed the quality, convenience, or value.
Overall, this was an excellent experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Mailjoy again.

Footnote: I used Postcards.com a couple of years ago. The quality was fine, the price was fair—but I had to do everything myself: create labels, buy stamps, and handle the mailing. By the time it was done, it really wasn’t cheap.

Also It was a little tricky reducing the size my image files but I managed.

zero communication and unknown status after payment was made. went a different direction.

Every time I use your service, I learn something new.
1st it was the contact list, 2nd it was the "background", 3rd it was the difference between "background" and "image". I have trouble phrasing a question to get a response from AI but all I ever need to do is ask for help and shortly I'm working directly with a real person that really "knows" their stuff. Wish there was a list of terms and what they mean, I think it would have helped my learning curve. I'll be back again.!

Mailjoy is a great way to send out information/announcements to a group of people. I used it for monthly updates on our upcoming Family Reunion and included pictures on each card - everyone loved them!

We have been sending letters with this app and it´s really easy to use. The only thing is that we are not receiving the letters that were undeliverable so makes us wonder if the other recipients received their letter.
