The company asked for an unusual video verification, which made me uncomfortable. They then asked intrusive questions that even my bank would not ask, making me feel vulnerable and unsafe.

I strongly advise everyone to exercise caution when dealing with companies that operate under different legal and regulatory standards. It is important to prioritize your personal information and financial security by choosing reputable and trustworthy companies that operate within the bounds of US law and regulations.

If you have any concerns or suspect fraudulent activity, please report it to the relevant authorities, such as the FTC or IC3.

Remember, it is always better to be safe than sorry, and it is important to prioritize your safety and security online.

It is not a good exchange service,
They ask for a lot of verifications, It is not as they appear, They do not accept the smallest transfer of $2.5, and the transfer may be rejected after that. It is not a professional exchange site.

Very bad service, do not use it
For two days, they ask every hour for the following:
1-id
2- What do you do and where does the money come from?
3- Show us 1-2 pages of payment history in your account
4- What country are you from and what is your IP?
5- How did you reach us?
6- Why only this amount of money?
7- What is the largest amount you can send?
After all this
8- They want me to send a video of me and my ID
I declare all this information.
If you go to open a bank account or an investigation office that does not do so, do not use the site, it is very bad

We made a lot of transactions exchanging money between sites and experience is always excellent.

Not the first time using them, it isn't 10/10 but it's 9/10.
they are working manually and not automatically so you need to wait 5 min to serval hours ;(. but the fees are unfellable so it's great!
