I ordered and payed for 3 boxes of meds and received 2 - plus lying and cheating

I used 3 different companies on Indiamart and 1st package was received then they all got 'returned to sender' each business said return address on package isnt the correct return address so couldnt be traced. They all sent photos of packages and tracking numbers - out of 9 orders 2 arrived over 2 years, no refunds given so the ones I used and advise you not to use are VK Enterprises - Ryan and Paul, Iris Enterprises - Vegas & Steve and dont remember the third but please please dont waste your money here!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience using IndiaMART. I was connected to an unprofessional seller who refused to refund my money after my package was returned by Dubai customs

The seller demanded extra charges and ignored my repeated requests for a refund. Despite providing proof and contacting IndiaMART customer support multiple times (by email, phone, and WhatsApp), they stopped responding.
IndiaMART does not take responsibility for sellers’ actions, and I feel abandoned as a buyer.
I strongly warn others: be very careful when dealing with sellers through IndiaMART. Their platform does not guarantee your security or refund, even when you are clearly right.
Avoid sellers like Lata Mangeshkar Pharmacy ( Derma Medicine Point )
and be cautious using this platform.

Absolutely useless making a complaint to them as all you will receive is their standard email. Even replying to that email they ignore it. This therefore gives the impression that the original email is from a non-existent person (so not being read) or they don't read emails full stop, but want to look as though they are being helpful and responding.

I have an issue with a company using their portal who are also a joke (De Mare Formations). Ignore this company as you will only lose your money.

SCAM. They offered my medicine at $600 + $30 shipping. All communications in writing. So I paid. Then they demanded $400 more. I refused but negotiated them to $100 more. I paid. Then they demanded $200 more. I said no. Then they asked for $100 more which I agreed to pay IF they delivered. They did not.

It's a scam.

Indiamart is not a legitimate website. They would steal from us innocent sick people. Do not buy your medication from them. I finally got my medication from Richard +14015263378 . Richard was recommended to me by my grand mother. Not sharing his number with other sick people like me would be selfish. He is indeed a lifesaver

Vishal Shrinivas , an Indian SCAMMER, vinayexpo2, represented drugs at outstanding prices to me. His firm Vinay Expo Ltd. Accepting Visa (using Wise Transfer app) or Wire Transfer.
Money was wired to the Canara Bank account 110221345573 to Rushab Bharat Bawane on 3/26/2025. IFSC code: CNRB0000630 Swift Code: CNRBINBBMMR
Address: Plot no. 34, Bengaluru main road, near water tank, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560002, India.
Sent confirmation with shipping address to Vishal Shrinivas at vinayexpo2.
A BOGUS Tracking Number RM024824174IN was supplied to be effective in 72 hours. Delivery was to be in 8 to 10 days, BUT NEVER ARRIVED. Vinay SCAMMER leads one on WhatsApp but never sends shipper nor tracking information.
I believe this SCAMMER is an employee of one of the IndiaMart Medicine/Pharmacy website vendors. He must be taking quote information from them and using it on WhatsApp to contact prospective customers with very attractive pricing offers, SCAM. He uses the telephone number 91 9059797031

I wired $400.00 for a prescription to a pharmacy and was told they never received the money. I went to the India Mart complaint portal and received nothing but lip service even after sending proof from my bank.

I gave them my number & email for information for a product but came here to read the reviews and didn't move forward.

I woke up to endless emails and messages and calls.

Need a new number and email now hahaha

Avoid at all costs

MediKing Pharmacy contacted me when I contacted IndiaMart. It took longer than I expected to receive my order but I received immediate replies to my inquiries throughout the process.

Total scam. Beware of anyone claiming to be from Sunrise Enterprises/Pharmaceuticals in Chennai. They'll take your money and won't deliver anything. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Stay away from Rashmi Pravin goes under Divine Drugs. He is a scammer. He is relentless in asking for money. He stole thousands from me with promises of delivery. He should NOT be a part of IndiaMart - who I don't trust now either after reading previous reviews. Wish I had read them first. The plan seems to be you order, then you supposedly need to "up your order and have to pay more", then another payment as they up the courier fee then you get false tracking from Upcoast Couriers - another scam - then they ask for more money for duties and then customs and on it goes and at the end, I was even harassed for the courier's hotel bill (thats a crazy one), always promising delivery on each payment. I trusted IndiaMart and thought they vetted their sellers. Obviously not.

I have dealt with Tirupati Pharma in Nagpur for some time.
I was put in touch with them by India Mart.
They have always delivered on time, have great customer service and supply me with tracking of my orders.

Their prices are very competitive, and their range is second to none.

They are a very trustworthy business.
I have not received any fee or reward, and I have written this review of my own volition.

I inquired product Indiamart lot of massage me but all done got scammer so bad don’t trust now

I ordered 100g of simple product to test the service and quality of the products they carry.
This was discussed in length that it would be a test order and more in future. Soon as I set the funds for the test order I got no response. They did acknowledge receiving the funds.
Then nothing. No "can we have yiur address for ship" Next day after giving my address because I never heard from them I get a pre-written script that my order has been delayed. Wait I just sent my address 1 minute ago? The message says need more money. I'll paste it now.

So now they want an additional 400 dollars. Again it was agreed to send 100g of product for testing.
Of course I'm not getting a refund.
Stay away from any india company. All of them are scams. I've never found a real service provider there for anything. Even the website designer's there just steal your money.

I recently posted my requirements for a simple antibiotic via IndiaMart and got lots of replies. All good so far, right? (This is the only reason that the site gets 2 stars...)

My issue is that, every single response contained the exact same photo of the medication, through to the hand holding the box, the PC in the background etc ...

When I challenged one 'seller/scammer' about this, their response was that they all work for the same company, hence them using the same photo.

I think not.

Not trusted site. Lost money ordering from one SK Agency in Chennai and Indiamart played according to their tune. Lots of fraudulent companies in this site.
