Beware, they can leave you without a wedding bouquet
Beware, they can leave you without a wedding bouquet. I am having a last moment prep for my elopement, and encountered this store. One of the reasons to choose them and order from them was the desire to support local business and - most importantly - their promise to get the order delivered timely. So I chose an item available, with expected delivery date that suits me, leaving one day extra (for an emergency). I made an order and specifically wrote to them to confirm if they are able to deliver within the expected terms and received an explicit confirmation. Then something weird started happening. Long story short, I receive an email from DHL, that my package will be delivered far too late (next week). I think you should really try your best to sent a package from Germany to Germany and not manage it delivered within a week!
I wish they would at least try to solve it (do DHL Express, not the pigeon mail?), but no response from the customer service..
I'm frustrated and humiliated, I feel mocked. I will now have wedding without a bouquet (and money spent in vain) - because of the trust in small businesses.
