Our experience with Luxury Bath was nothing short of a catastrophe . In the business world of contractors they are the epitome of incompetence , poor workmanship and poor customer service ! We hired them for a shower replacement on June 28 , 2025 and we got an operational shower on May ,
2026 . That’s right 286 days from start to finish for an operational shower ! Between them mis-measuring / mis-ordering parts , shipping errors / delays , missed appointments , water leaks and improper installation by not using all the provided component parts ; the “ one or two day installation “ became a 285 day nightmare installation ! Thankfully , by reversing the charges on our credit card and the awesome help from the Oklahoma State Attorney’s Office senior adult fraud protection unit we were finally able to end out nightmare ; with the installation being completed by another competent company ! Sounds unbelievable? Contact me for photos , videos and an informative timeline matrix to share with others , and concur on how not to operate an organization !

These people put in the wrong tub. We requested a tub with shower. Two disabled people in their 70’s can’t take showers. The biggest mess and mistake ever. Lied about our contacting them, left a huge mess and never came back to complete the job. We had another contractor put in our shower.

We started to play a game… How long will it take for Luxury Bath to return my phone call. We always lost. Installed the wrong bench. Four shelves. 8 exposed corners. Looks like they used a cooking spatula.Sent the pictures to them. Asked were they satisfied with the finished product. Still waiting for the phone call lol... I won’t get into Gary and/or Britney LYING saying I cursed Britney out & sent her home crying. Nor Gene, Who also never flinched on the game of calling me back.It was very hurtful to be treated like I was and spoken to like a child from Gary. Still trying to process and understand why?
After the big lie I refused to speak to them and would only correspond by text. Customer service??? Hahahahaha.

This company was quick, efficient and very friendly. The price was high but so worth the ending results.
