Service was fast and efficient at a reasonable price. The chat feature was fast, easy, and helpful. Response to my request and booking was fast and easy. Movers were on their way within 45 minutes, arrived timely, wrapped and packed the chairs I purchased quickly, and delivered them professionally. The Luggers, Alphonso & Alonzo were professional, kind, great! My daughter referred me to LUGG and I am so happy she did. I will definitely use your service again in the future and refer friends and family.

Lugg - Great service at a great price
Great service at a great price. The crew took great care of my goods, were patient, despite minor delays finding a parking space on pick-up and some delay gaining access to the new apartment on arrival. A very efficient service I would highly recommend.

Great crew and excellent customer response
The app was easy to use. I had a problem with a crew arriving within my scheduled window and reached out to customer service via app chat. They immediately escalated it and got a crew assigned within a few minutes. My movers, Mohammed and Anthony, were wonderful. They were careful, conscientious, and kind on a miserable 100 degree day.

Awesome Experience
Drivers were friendly and very helpful and right on time. This was the first time using Lugg and it was great. I tipped the drivers cash- I didn’t know you had the option of doing so on the app. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.
