Placed an order a month back. I tried contacting them on WhatsApp and received only one message from them: 'We are checking.' After that, no communication, nothing. Took money and didn't deliver any products.

There is no negative Star here
There is no negative Star here, they deserve that... utterly nonsense delivery, 10 days after the payment, actuall delivery date before purchase is 3-4 days, opted for faster delivery by paying additional and still it takes 10 days, if i would have not opted for faster delivery by paying extra, i think the delivery would take 30 days or no, no response from anyone...no customer support, it's like a local store with no responsibility towards online customer, don't uy anything online until you want to order and forget your order.
