When I encountered a problem loading the MS Office Professional 2016 suite that I had purchased from the MS site I suspected the worst. However, I was advised promptly by Matt at LCS that download from MS could take up to 5 hours - after waiting another half hour it loaded and I now have a full Office suite.

Well, that was such a smooth experience I felt I had to break a habit of a lifetime and actually write a review. About 45 minutes ago I decided to take a "risk" and purchase Office from this company. They didn't have many reviews so that was why I viewed it as a risk. Within 10 minutes of paying for the download it appeared in my inbox, with clear instructions on how to install it.10 minutes later I was up and running with Outlook, Word and Excel. The other software included in the package is of no interest to me but I have to say, this is very good value and SO easy!

Addendum 17.01.2019: upgraded experience from one to three stars, as transaction was frustrated by third party (bank). Unfortunately, this meant me buying from another supplier. I appreciate reply.

Now I've left school and college and I don't use office that much for work, I didn't fancy paying £119 for Office 2019. I still needed office on my new laptop for the occasional resume and other documents. Low Cost Software where offering office 2016 for £35 at time of writing which i thought was an amazing price! i was a bit sceptical thinking it may be too good to be true and due to no reviews of the site but decided to bite the bullet and the product key came instantly. I'm very happy and will be using again.
