Visited this lovely shop in Otley for the first time recently looking for accessories for my son's wedding. I was warmly greeted by Carla who is so friendly and helpful. I bought a silver watch (better than my black sports watch). So much choice - jewellery, watches, hats/fascinators, makeup, clothes, tights etc. If they don't have what you're looking for Carla will try her best to source it for you. Thank you.

Love4Bags is a great shop in Otley. If my daughter or myself need a bag to match our shoes Carla goes above and beyond to be helpful. She will take your shoe to the wholesaler to find you the perfect match, sends pictures to see which bag you’d like and purchases it for you. The bags are great quality and always at a reasonable cost. Would thoroughly recommend the shop and the service provided.

Just want to say I have had the best experience with Carla from love4bags. I was looking for a certain bag, she had one on her website that was so close to what I wanted, but not quite. I contacted her, to ask if she had the bag I needed, she didn’t have it, but went over and above to try to help me, trying all her suppliers. We haven’t stopped trying, but I just want to say a massive thankyou to this lady, she has been amazing.

Visited Otley for the day and my wife bought a purse from this little gem of a shop. Very friendly service and product bought was quality. Would highly recommend.

Having purchased a Royal Botanical Hand Cream Gift Set on their website and paying for standard postage I called their shop to ask if it could be sent off as soon as possible to reach a friend before Friday. Carla was very helpful and rushed my order through very quickly and dashed off to get it in the post. What a great service, I shall certainly recommend Love4bags to my friends and hopefully buy from them in the future as well as call in at their shop in Otley when I'm able. Website good to negotiate but could do with a box to fill in for a gift to be sent to someone other than the card holders address.
