Really wished I'd looked on here first.

Really wished I'd looked on here first.

Between Lovebrick and Evri a truly awful service. 2 months still not recieved the item. Allegedly delivered but Evri can't tell me where or to whom and asking me to look around everyone's garden.

Then a non existant follow up with Lovebrick who keep telling me it's been delivered.

supposed to be a valentines gift- may get it in time for 2027 but not holding breath.

Very disappointing customer service…

Very disappointing customer service experience with Lovbrick.

I placed an order on February 4 and requested cancellation within minutes. I repeated the cancellation request again within the company’s own 24-hour cancellation window. Both requests were ignored and the order was processed anyway.

Since then I have sent more than 10 emails trying to resolve the issue.

For a long time there was no response at all. When the company finally replied, they refused a refund and only offered 30% compensation or a store coupon, which does not resolve the problem.

Timeline:
• Feb 4 – Order placed and cancelled within minutes
• Second cancellation request within 24 hours
• Cancellation ignored and order processed
• more than 10 emails sent attempting to resolve the issue
• Long periods without any response
• Only partial compensation or coupon offered

I am now escalating the matter through my credit card provider.

Buyers should be aware that resolving problems with this company may become very difficult once an order has been placed.

Update:
Lovbrick has now replied publicly asking me to contact their support team, claiming they could not identify the order. For transparency, the order number is #32609.

However, this issue has already been reported to their support team many times. Since February 4, I have sent more than 10 emails trying to resolve the situation.

The order was cancelled within minutes of being placed and again within their stated 24-hour cancellation window. These requests were ignored and the order was processed anyway.

For long periods there was no response at all. When replies finally came, they were repetitive template messages offering only 30% compensation or a coupon, instead of resolving the issue.

If necessary, I am prepared to publish the full timeline and email correspondence to clarify what happened

Did not honour return policy!

I placed an order but then after checking these reviews, I emailed to cancel the order. Their return policy states that it is free cancellation if under 24 hours. However, they did not honour it and gave some reasoning about how they "started production." Would not recommend!

If I could give zero stars I would

UPDATE 3/17/26: after they responded to this review I contacted them again and they never answered me back after I emailed them. Surprise surprise. I stick to my original review and they are SCAM ARTISTS!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

If I could give zero stars I would! For my anniversary I thought it would be cute to order something personalized. I added a bunch of extra stuff to make it extra special. I was charged for each thing I added and there was no threshold as to what I could buy. If I wanted to waste my money on another 5 things, this site would’ve let me. Knowing that all the extra additions do not even fit inside the brick. Furthermore for $80 they delivered something unassembled and without any instructions for assembly. Customer service is a joke. They wanted to give a coupon to me instead of a partial refund. A coupon for what?? I’d never buy from this cheap China company ever again. I asked for $30 refund since all the extra items I purchased wouldn’t fit inside the brick. They keep refusing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHITTY COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM!

Exactly What I Ordered!

I have to say.. I was extremely concerned after I ordered my personalized Lego people from Lovbrick because I bought it before I saw the reviews on trustpilot. BUT the sent me exactly what I ordered plus two extra kitty cats that I didnt order as a bonus! The names and writing I requested in the order were also spelled correctly exactly what I ordered! I am pretty surprised! Now... it did take quite a while to arrive... about a month after I ordered it but if thats the worst that happened considering the other reviews I read then I am ok with the wait! Lol!

Avoid: Wrong names, wrong faces, terrible customer service.

Ordered for Valentines Day, order arrived with wrong names, missing one figure, and wrong hair colours on the ones that did arrive. Wish I’d checked reviews before buying, avoid.

26/03 Update- claim raised with payment provider as they have consistently refused a refund, twice said they were sending a replacement (despite my refusing it and clearly forgetting they had said they would do so the first time) offered me a 10%, then 20%, now back down to 10% refund (clearly just making it up as they go along)

No one needs a valentines gift in April @Lovbrick, what they do need is a refund for goods & services not delivered.

Wrong parts shipped - No response from company after 5 emails

I ordered mini figures for Valentine’s Day and they sent the wrong hair color for one of them. These things happen, I understand. What I don’t understand is emailing them 5 times and getting zero response. Don’t order from these people. Their customer service is pathetic, awful, and basically nonexistent!

They actually sent the product

Was very concerned after buying due to the bad reviews and the overall description across the internet of it being a scam. Not to mention all the reviews on the website being fake because every reviewer had a Shakespearean name, not one had a normal name.

However, it did arrive, with all the pieces I specified. It isn't true lego, so some parts do not fit well and need to be superglued. And the transparent box piece came cracked because there was no protective packaging. But nonetheless, it came with all the parts and looks very romantic! Very surprised, I almost had my bank file a fraud claim after I saw the negative reception to the website.

They messed up my Valentine’s order

They messed up my Valentine’s order, and the product is subpar. When engaging with customer service, I actually sent them a picture of the gift they sent me, with another couple in it, as a response to my refund request, and they've failed to respond further.

First of all, it is not original Lego, but a high-quality copy. I received everything exactly as ordered. Good packaging, good shipment tracking. Points are deducted because one torso print is crooked and the delivery took a long time.
