Got locked out on a Sunday afternoon during Corona Lockdown. The guy was here quick and managed to save the lock so we didnt need new keys. Ace.

One of my interior doors was jammed.I called Locksafe,Jonathan did an excellent job in freeing the door.This is the second time I have used this company.On both occasions the job was done to my complete satisfaction.

Amazing service from Fort Locksmiths, arrived within minutes to the city centre, during the evening and Corona pandemic. Professional, fast and arrived wearing all the correct precautions for the virus. Lots of useful advice, couldn’t recommend them enough!

Wildly overpriced. £74 for less than 10 minutes work. We were initially happy that the guy arrived quickly (he was driving nearby when we rang) to open an interior door where the latch had broken, but less than happy with the price which he seems to think is reasonable. Usually locksmiths charge by the half hour but he charges by the hour. Beware.

Couldn't lock the front door and we had been having problems for a couple of weeks, as soon as we phoned locksafe they had the problem fixed right way

Amazing service! I had a lock replaced by them as I got locked out of my apartment and they arrived within less than after an hour after I called them. Eventually, there was a twitch in the lock ten days later for an unknown reason. However, that didn't stop Locksafe to deliver on their service and they showed up at my door 20 min after the call to replace the lock without a charge. On a Sunday. In the morning. I literally got their guy out of bed, and they showed up right away. What an amazing character and work ethics!

Had to call them out at 4:30am after a burglary attempt left us with a broken front door lock. Jonathan came out within 30 minutes to secure the house, then came back a few hours later to fit a proper anti-snap lock and repair the broken mechanism. Great service, couldn't recommend highly enough.

Can't fault Jon - he's so friendly and went above and beyond to help after I called him out to a property that had been broken into. He did a sterling job and left the condition of the door access better than it was before it had been broken into. Great communication, great price, and just a generally nice bloke. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. His name was Johnathan. He is very professional, friendly, helpful and can I say passionate about his skill. He came to my rescue and did everything he could do prevent me having a new lock and having to spend more than necessary. He actually taught me a few things and gave very good advice which I will pass on. Unfortunately, I did need a new lock but he carried out this work very efficiently and cleaned up after himself. Johnathan you are a star!.Thank you.

I called up and within 30 mins Locksafe were assessing the damage to my lock and door handles, all damaged parts were replaced and everything was explained in detail, and at a great price too! I am sure there is no one in the area that can provide a better service than Locksafe! It was a pleasure to deal with such a great outfit, Many thanks indeed. 100% satisfied.

My lock on my door was faulty and when I put my key in it snapped. The locksmith was very professional, very understanding and down to Earth.. within ten minutes of calling he was there.. He explained fully what had happened and made my day one million times easier by sorting the problem! Thanks so much ashleigh and Lilly the bichon :)

Jonathon came out to an emergency call very quickly. He was professional and identified the issue straight away. Brilliant price and brilliant service. Highly recommend him without hesitation.
