Made an offer on a rental property automatic response looked like very professional"we respond within 72 hours" never replied to my offer, probably never informed the owner and they just posted"viewing now closed" . Their poor rating on Trust Pilot shows what kind of run of the mill this company is.
Following my original review, the agency contacted us and agreed to reduce the notice period, which we appreciate. I’m grateful that they were willing to reconsider their position and work towards a more reasonable outcome.
That said, I still believe this flexibility could have been shown much earlier. Much of the stress, uncertainty and financial pressure we experienced during our move could have been avoided through more proactive communication and a more empathetic approach from the outset.
I’m updating my review to reflect the fact that the matter was ultimately resolved, and I hope this willingness to listen and find practical solutions is something the agency continues to demonstrate for future tenants.

if you need a house rented please be aware that this company put a 1 months rent charge if you leave them, this can be £1,000 plus so be aware

I would like to reassure you that our terms of business have been carefully crafted to align with industry standards, providing all clients ample time to review them before signing. Termination fees, as outlined, are a common and necessary practice due to the significant work involved in preparing for the transfer of tenancy management. We do include a fee schedule within our terms of business to ensure that they a clear and not hidden within the ‘fine print’.
