Bottom feeders. Multiple daily spam emails. Oh and an auto response of, “you can unsubscribe here..” is bull. I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE IN THE FIRST INSTANCE. How about you guys stop unilaterally adding emails to your pathetic mailing campaign.

If you are so desperate to sell your home for well under market value, go see a local house auctioneer who will undoubtedly get you a better price.

Call themselves ethical yet they bombard a 30 year old living in the uk with unsolicited spam emails. Web scraping should be banned and companies like this one should be fined into oblivion.
Your unsub link doesnt work, besides the point though. I've never subscribed in the first place, you've bought my email address from a zero ethics data broker and subscribed me without my consent. Shameful.

They use predatory and illegal business practices to contact you. Then they make you low offers that only they can profit from.

The predatory part is in both their technique and their pricing. They use generalized terms that are essentially meaningless but to someone who is not familiar with real estate they see through the dishonesty in the use of their terms. Then their pricing is also predatory as it's a low ball value meant to only give them a fair deal.

They also are using illegal tactics as they disregard spam and no contact laws in contacting people.

Follow up after their reply. I shouldn't have to unsubscribe. I never gave you permission to contact me in the first place and you are just trying to take advantage of people who are powerless to report you.

Received a letter to the family of ****** with a cash offer from Liz buys homes. I called the number and was asked several questions about condition etc. I told the person the offer said as is. After several questions he said he would transfer my call to a local professional. When I talked to the local professional he said he was an investor and did not know anything about Liz Buys Homes and asked how I got his number. He also said the offer sounded like a scam.

The reviewer who suspected that this company combs through obituaries is correct. My wife passed away six weeks ago and I received a solicitation to "the family of". This company is just one step above the burglars that read funeral listings to identify vacant homes.

This business/organization is a scam. I receive 10 to 15 emails everyday from Liz Buys Houses. I have asked them to stop but get no response. I guess litigation will be the next step.

The online form was easy to fill out

Constant harassment through email about buying a house not listed for sale anywhere.

Worst company ever!!!!!! Not only do the try to rob you but they harass you sending at minimum 10 emails a day

My husband passed away less than 4 weeks ago. Yesterday I received a solicitation from this business -sent to the family of (my husband's name) - offering to buy our home at a good price and offering a bonus.
Disgusting!! I have no intention of leaving our home.
Do you go through obituaries and contact families when they are at their weakest moment? Is money that much more important to you than common decency?
I would NEVER do business with your company.

No one answers call and no call back

The amount of spam emails is absurd. Why would I ever want to deal with a company that markets that much and to people who don't subscribe to them.

Agent "Steve" immediately called me back and was very polite, easy to speak to, understood my concerns, and took the time to learn about the property. He was very responsive, and a pleasure to speak with.

Non-stop spam emails. I have blocked 50+ email addressses but still get one every day from them. If I was looking to sell I would not use this company.
