I had a small issue getting my Frame Tv hooked up but all it took was one email to the service department and Alice sent me an answer very quickly fixing my problem. I have found it very easy to use this service, I have hidden all the countries I am not interested in and have set up my favourites. The choices are amazing, picture quality is great and you can't compare with the price.

Great customer support from the getgo , emailed to get all the extra foreign channels off the list . Alex was quick and prompt making it a breeze to use .

We lost connectivity after no issues the first two weeks. Coincided with an internet blip and a reboot of our Firestick. It took a couple of hours of emails back and forth, some workarounds with prompt attention by the service team. Done to our satisfaction with no NFL OR NHL games missed😁

Aside from just getting LivestreamingTV, I had to get Tivimate and NordVpn to complete a smoother non-buffering viewing experience.
The persistence, technical skills and professionalism of Alex in Customer Support paid off in keeping me as a first time customer. Kudos to him. I am happy so far with the service.

UPDATE: The we first signed up in 2024 it was fantastic but since then it has definitely gone down hill. They do not respond to emails and we have had ZERO access to the subscription for weeks. What a disappointment.

The TV service is good but the customer service is phenomenal. I would highly recommend them!!

Had an issue to where my service did not work Christmas afternoon. Live Streaming worked with me through many emails and many hours and the problem proved to be an issue with my ISP. Live Streaming did not give up on me and their responses were quick and friendly. They never got frustrated. My service is once again working and to be truthful, it is better than ever. I will definitely renew when the time comes.

Live Streaming is very easy to communicate with and I'm finding that their streaming is second to none with very few buffering issues. Enjoying so much that I renewed for a full year to take advantage of their special offer and added a second connection

My grand daughter was performing in a skating competition at Lea Valley Ice Rink on Sunday 26th November. Because I couldn't attend I purchased a ticket for the live streaming for £10. You order the ticket through NEXTGENXV. It works by clicking on a link via an email which is sent to you when you purchase the ticket. When you click on the link it comes up as TicketCo. I don't know which one of the companies does the LiveStream. At the specified time, I clicked on to view and all I could see was a black screen informing me that 'THE MEDIA COULD NOT BE LOADED, EITHER BECAUSE OF THE SERVER OR NETWORK ERROR, DUE TO APPLIED GEO-RESTRICTIONS (NOT AVAILABLE FOR VIEWING IN YOUR COUNTRY) OR BECAUSE THE FORMAT IS NOT SUPPORTED)?? I then tried on my IPhone (no success) and my partner tried on his Android phone (no success).I tried contacting someone, to no avail. Eventually, after some delay, I did manage to get the live stream. If a human being was operating the camera, it wasn't very good. It wasn't until 3/4 of the way through that the camera gave closeups of the skaters coming off the ice rink and into the holding area whilst they were waiting for the scores. By this time, my granddaughter had already performed, as well as most of the other contestants. Also, I was expecting to see a live stream of the giving of the medals which had been won (my granddaughters team won Gold). However, none of this part was shown. All in all, disappointed of the coverage. Probably wouldn't buy another Livestream ticket (not if this company is operating it), instead, I'll wait until I can attend the event in person.
