Five-star service

Five-star service! Lighthub Direct beats wholesaler prices and offers free next-day delivery through DPD (thankfully not Evri!). I had a minor issue with a faulty emergency pack, but their online chat team sorted it instantly and had a replacement at my door the next day. I’ll definitely be shopping here again

Well done LightHub. We ordered 3 brick lights which arrived…

We ordered 3 brick lights which arrived the following day. Unfortunately 2 out the 3 were damaged. Within 20 minutes of arrival we telephoned to arrange replacements having taken photographs. I spoke with Dave on customer service who was most helpful and told me that the 2 replacements would be sent immediately. These arrived in good order the following day. Excellent service with no aggravation. I would recommend this company. Roger.

Great quality products.

Product purchased is exactly what I expected. Simple to install as an engineer. Unfortunately the delivery was delayed by a day due to courier issues. I waited in for the delivery and it was cancelled an hour after the alloted slot.
