Rubbish customer service
Have made two purchases which I subsequently returned. For one I was partially refunded (the amount did not match what they said they would refund) and for the other there is no sign of my money. So disappointed because the designs are gorgeous and I REALLY want to order more but I think I will refrain.
Update: This has since been resolved. It took a while but the team followed up regularly to identify and fix the issue.
my husband bought me a chain bra worth…
my husband bought me a chain bra worth more than 500 EUR... I didn't have a chance to wear until a year after he bought it and it immediately broke. Customer service just replied saying that they no longer accept returns after a year and no options to replace of repair. Terrible quality and definitely not worth the money.
Nice design, poor customer service, still waiting for a refund
The designs are nice but the quality of the product is poor; moreover, I ordered a pair during the Black Friday sales and DHL delivered it to the wrong place. I have no response from Livy about a refund for a month now.
