After nine weeks of silence regarding our shipment, we have been forced to reorder from a different vendor. We will be seeking reimbursement from Lerochem for the price difference and any associated costs caused by this failure to communicate.

High quality products
High quality products, fast shipping and reasonable prices, you can't find any cheaper in EU!
Once a parcel was lost during shipping, contacted Lerochem by phone and they answered quickly that they will resend it and I got it within 5 days!
The only thing I could point out is they could be better at answer on mail.
All in all very good company!! Love your quality products!!

Exactly as ordered
Exactly as ordered. Well packed (powders in plastic bags, liquids in bottles, paste in box) thoroughly wrapped in plastic foil. No leakage. A little trouble with the carrier HERMES (delivery to closed pick up store..) can not be blamed to the sender. Good communication. Already ordered again (chose different carrier..)

No response anymore after a refund was promised
I got no refund or communication after my shipment was lost. I got no response for two weeks. Six days ago I asked for confirmation and a refund. I contacted them from another emailadres to rule out a spam filter accident but reality is slowly seeping through; I lost a lot of money - and it's not by accident.
