As a network provider

As a network provider, no real issues, but the customer service is appalling. They have a contact number which tells you to use the online chat function. The online chat function has been on hold for 2 hours with no agent. I now have no working phone. Pretty irritating to deal with when things go wrong, but no issues if you just want a cheap network provider.

I am completely hopeless when it comes…

I am completely hopeless when it comes to anything technical and I needed to add another number to my mobile account. I contacted customer services and spoke to Puneet Desai who was extremely patient and talked me through the whole process

DONT BUY LEBARA FRANCE

I have big problem with the country I travel to (Denmark) my Lebara card does not work in Denmark , I am always having this problem everytime I come to this country , I call Lebara and they tell me somebody will call me, but the funny thing is that ,they do not understand they can not contact me cause my sim card not working in this country, I keep calling them and they say we will call you back, DONT BUY LEBARA FRANCE
they do not understand, I can not call or recieve calls from anyone , is this hard to understand , stop answering me in here telling me to feel free to call 2323 ,o my God

France to UK Calls Not Working

We live in France, but we are English. Our Lebara accounts are for us to call numbers in the UK. On around 90% of calls to the UK, we cannot get a connection.
Contacting Lebara, they tell us that we should be able to make these calls, and that they will work to fix the problem. We have contacted Lebara by all means, telephone, email, helpline etc., numerous times over a year. It is rare that we can get a response, and when they do answer, their actions do not resolve the problem, or the contact is not maintained.
This means that we are paying 30 Euro / mth for a system which does not work, with a company which does not care.
